Aside from its much coveted location-- this condo is cozy, spacious, fully equipped and beautifully furnished and decorated. The open kitchen, dining and living areas encourage group conversation and activities. Limestone counter tops and flooring compliment the kitchen and baths. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances. The upper level consists of 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a loft with twin beds. The condo comfortably sleeps 6. Depending on weather, you can cook on the gas grill on the golf course-fronted patio, where gorgeous mountain and ski resort views await guests.
No need to bring a car, the free city bus stop is located within a short walk. These buses come every 20 minutes and service all three World Class resorts- Deer Valley, The Canyons and Park City as well as downtown historic Main St. (less than a mile away) and the Redstone/ Kimball Junction area off I-80. Across the street from the condo there are 2 grocery stores with pharmacy, the state liquor store, 3 screen movie theater, restaurants, Blockbuster, Starbucks, Coldstone ice cream, theatres, restaurants, 3 sports stores/rental shops, 2 hair and nail salons and more!
Amenities are also in abundance for this vacation condo-- The complex has an outdoor pool, 2 indoor hot tubs, sauna, and tennis. The perfect ingredients for a winter or summer Park City getaway!
Don't forget to enjoy all of the winter and summer activities just out your front door...Winter, of course, brings the "Greatest Snow on Earth" and other amazing events such as the Sundance Film Festival, Freestyle World Championships and Olympic trials. Summer is fabulous with its cool mountain air and ongoing festivals, farmer's markets and outdoor concerts. Golf, hiking, biking and boating are just some of the wonderful off-season activities Park City has to offer. Remember- the international SLC airport is only 35 minutes away so both relaxation and adventure are easily accessible in this fun resort town.
TERMS: 50% deposit due upon confirmation, non-refundable within 45 days of arrival; remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. Upon final payment, there is a $1000 security deposit due which will be refunded within 7 days after departure if there is no damage, and a $125 cleaning fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund, less $100 handling fee, with cancellation notice at least 45 days prior to arrival date. Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 45 days of arrival. There will be a full refund, less $100 handling fee, if less than 50% of the ski runs are not open at Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley and The Canyons 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
Also Long Term Rental Available- $1800/month (Weekly or Monthly Summer rentals now available)
Potential renters shall have a max. of 7 days, the "hold period", to return signed agreement and 50% deposit.
The owner has lived in Park City for 30 years and her children were raised here. They went away to school and have moved back and are raising their families here. She is an associate real estate broker and has been in the business for the past 27 years.
