2 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths; new condo fully furnished with taste and high end linens. View of mountains, resorts and the 2002 Olympic ski jump park (1/2 mile away). Open style 1038 square feet of living area for visiting with friends and family. Washer/Dryer and all the necessities. Full size kitchen completely appointed.
The condo is elegantly decorated with granite kitchen, alder wood cabinets and all the "appointments" that make you feel good about your surroundings. We are all about creating a place that we would like to stay in when we go on vacation ; very clean and no "lean over the deck" to see the views. This condo has all the features that make you feel like you are in a home because you are in ours. All we ask is that you treat our home like you would your own.
There is great family skiing at all our famous Utah ski resorts. In town is Park City Mountain Resort(#6), Deer Valley(#1) and The Canyons(#18). If you care to drive to more challenging terrain there is Alta(#25), Snowbird(#19),Snowbasin(#29) and Solitude(#29) 40 minutes away.If you care to go heli-skiing there is Wasatch Powder Guides or our favorite Ruby Mountain Heli-skiing with Joe Royer.
There is the Park City Racquet Club for indoor tennis.
There is an indoor year round skating rink, Olympic size swimming pool and soccer rink.
Park City takes your hard earned tax dollars and actually reinvests it back in to our own community, making it one of the best places to live or visit. I moved here in 1976. I have traveled for buiness every week for 25 years and I have yet to find a better place to call home.
This is a NON SMOKING unit inside and out. If you are a smoker or anyone is in your party, this unit is NOT for you.
There are more restaurants in Park City (our little town) than Salt Lake City. They are all great or they do not stay in business with such great competition for restaurants. Non Smokers only please (No smoking inside or out) and pets are not allowed per homeowners association.
RATES 2008/2009 Ski Season:
$149* per night/ $699 per week/ $1549 per month thru December 25, 2008
4/4-4/13/09 @ $319 per night
Late Season $149 per night (3 night minimum)
Early Season (11/15/08- 12/21/08)$149 per night & $1050 per week)
Regular Season @ $219 per night & $1314 per week
-3* Night Minimum
-$250 Refundable Security Deposit & 50% of Rent Fee to secure booking. Checks preferred, but we do now take Visa and Mastercard
-Remainder of Balance due 60 calendar days to booked dates, plus a $100 cleaning fee (This is not a profit, but actual cost)
-Check in at 4PM
-Check out at 10AM
-No hassle, worry free check in, we will code the garage door code to the # you provide and the keys are inside the garage opening up the condo. We live here, so no worries as we care a lot about our homes.
