Overlook Home is my personal part-time home. It is above Breckenridge at the corner of Boreas Pass Road and Overlook Drive. There are awesome views of the mountains from the family room, dining and master bedroom. On the corner is the bus stop for the free shuttle to town and skiing. Just a few yards down the street is the Lodge and Spa for treatments, exercise, hot tub or restaurant. See the last photo for the proximity to the bus stop and lodge.
Overlook Home was built in 2002 and in 2007 outfitted with all new furniture and designer linens. The kitchen and baths feature granite counter tops; the kitchen and entryways have slate flooring. The house and attached garage are heated by radiant heat, in addition to the gas fireplace. There are 4 new (in 2007) LCD flat screen TV's, a 46" in the family room, a wall mounted LCD in each bedroom, and 2 DVD players. There is high speed wireless and a fax/printer/scanner.
