Greetings...My name is Mike Rakowski...I moved to Steamboat Springs Colorado in 1979 to be a ski bum for a season...I turned it into a carear...in 1989 I became a ski guide for Steamboat Powdercats, a snowcat ski company..in 2009 I finished my 20th season with more to come...I lived in my condo for about 10 years then I decieded to rent it nightly..I love the place and I am sure you will also.

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
the condo has a nice homey feel..it is on the 3rd floor so it is quiet..there is a indoor hottub out front and a outside hottub in back,along with a pool and another hottub behind the next building..the condo is on the bus route and on the bike path.
