This is a great place to stay if you are visiting the parks. We stayed here for 3 nights with 2 teenage girls and it was just perfect!! It is a beautiful.....immaculate....3 BR 2nd floor unit with very comfortable beds!! The location of this unit is excellent...close to the pool, grocery store, many restaurants and theme parks. You can not beat it....best find for us! Just sorry we didn't know about this place sooner. We will be definitely be back! Thanks to Jim for everything....such a pleasure to deal with!

We stayed in this beautiful condo with our 3 children, ages 5, 7, & 10, for a week. I booked it because the reviews were so great. It was perfect. The space was beautifully furnished & comfortable. My children loved the pool. It was a perfect choice for us. The location was ideal, as our plan was to park hop. We visited LegoLand, Disney, & Universal. Because the condo is right off the highway, it was quick & easy. Disney & Universal were only 10 minutes away. It is a convenient, comfortable, and beautiful spot. Many thanks to Jimmy. He was amazingly easy to work with and always available for questions. You can't go wrong!

A finales de 2011 tuve oportundiad de pasar 4 noches en este condo, disfrutando de una muy confortable estadia debido a la excelente distribucion y equipamiento de sus unidades, las cuales estaban completamente limpias y ordenadas a mi arribo al igual que todas las areas comunes del condo.Lo recomendaria sin ninguna duda a mias amigos integrantes de grupos familiares bien sea conformado por niños o jovenes. Otra de las ventajas en su ubicacion estrategica no solo cerca de los principales parques sino de areas comerciales importantes de la ciudad y a pocos pasos de un supermercado Public y otros comercios indispensables para personas disfrutando de sus vacaciones. Las unidades tienen un inmejorable mantenimiento y se enceuntran tal cual se pueden ver en las fotos que se pueden consultar en su pagina por internet El unico pequeño inconveniente que sufri fue la intermitente conexion a la red inalambrica de internet, del resto todo estuvo perfecto. Tambien cuenta con una excelente seguridad fisica

My husband and our two youngest children and their wives spent five wonderful days in Orlando. This condo is everything that is advertised and more. It is very attractively decorated, well-stocked and very clean. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night. The property is great. We used the fitness center and that was excellent too. It is located near a drug store and a grocery store which is very convenient. The owners could not have been easier to work with.

We just got back to Houston from Orlando Nov.7th 2011 . This place is awesome. I am very particular on accomodations. I based this stay on the reviews I read..... and..... they are accurate. I really appreciate Jimmy's help. He was very nice and accomodating.... we had to check in early and it was no problem. The grocery store is literally at the entrance of the place. The grounds are very clean and kept nicely. (Yes ! I noticed this too ) . We are comming back to this place for sure. We are also recommending this place to our friends for a vacation spot. It is close to all the parks and major shopping. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Just home from a wonderful holiday in Orlando. This condo was fantastic, had everything you could think of and was exactly as shown and described in pictures. It was a pleasure to deal with Jim, and so easy to book. Great location for all Orlando attractions and right beside International Drive. Cant wait to come back :)

The BEST part of our whole trip is this absolutely beautiful condo, close to the Universal parks. It made a perfect home away from home for all four of us, Grandson Max (9) announced last evening that he's staying longer...but sadly we all have to head back to Michigan later today. I would strongly recommend this as THE place to stay--well=kept, spacious and just as lovely as the photos--with a superb owner/manager. (If there were a 6 star rating, I would have chose than.)

After looking on VRBO for places to stay close to Universal I came across this listing and it sounded perfect. After reading the reviews it was apparent that others thought it had been a great place to stay. So I contacted Jim and from then on everything was easy. Getting to the condo was painless (the hardest part was locating the building once inside the resort). We had an issue connecting to the wi-fi and Jim was notified and very quick to respond to get us connected. The pictures on the website are exactly what the condo looks like. The pool area was clean and wasn't crowded during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place in the Orlando area (especially close to Universal). If we come back again this will be the first place our family will look to stay.

We had a busy time at Disney during the summer and it was great to come back to a comfortable spot after being exhausted and hot! The property is clean and well kept and extremely comfortable. Conveniently located to Disney, Sea World and Universal as well as restaurants and shopping.

I booked the condo based on the website pictures and reviews hoping they were accurate. They were! It is beautiful, comfortable and incredibly convenient to the parks, maybe l5 min. You will think you are the only people at the complex because it is so quite. Jim, the owner, said there is a grocery store just outside the gate, yay right...well that's exactly where it is. We couldn't have asked for anymore in a rental.

Just come back from a great holiday in Orlando. We booked this condo on the back of good reviews from this website and I have to concur with all the positive things said about it. The condo was superb! It was very clean and tidy and nicely decorated. The owner Jim, was very helpful and it was so easy to book. Vista Cay is a great place to come back to and relax after busy days at the them parks. Thanks for letting us use the Condo Jim, and this comes highy recommended to anyone else wishing to stay here! Our family had a wonderful stay at this Vista Cay condo. The place was a comfortable and was a lovely retreat after the end of a big day. The location was also very convenient to the local Orlando attractions. Jim, the owner, was easy to contact and responded to any questions or concerns very quickly and efficiently.

We booked this condo for 4 nights. The owner, Jim, was incredible. He had lots of patience when we called to book the property and was even able to give us directions on how to arrive at our destination since our GPS failed to acknowledge the address. All 3 of the rooms were impeccably decorated. The kitchen was also well stocked. I would stay here again and also recommend this property to my friends & family. This place is perfect for two families with kids. We had 4 adults and 2 kids the condo suited our needs perfectly. The pictures matched the property exactly. It was very well cleaned and maintained. There was a charcoal grill across from the parking lot that we used & the pool was a bit further down from there but it was too cold for us to take a dip unfortunately. However, rest assured, that if you decide to book with this property, you will have a lovely place to rest your head a night after a day full of adventures. Thank you Jim for a wonderful stay!

We were very pleased with the accommodations, and enjoyed being close to all the parks! Location is extremely important! Our only recommendation would be to stop at the grocery store on the way in because we didn't have some basic items upon arrival. (minor but note worthy- trash bags for example) We had our two year old, and another couple with us, and the condo was perfect for providing us with a comfortable space to unwind after a day at the parks. Great pricing, overall perfect location, easy owners to work with!

My husband and I originally had a trip planned to the great north woods of NH for snowmobiling and believe it or not, the trip was cancelled due to lack of snow one week prior to leaving. So we decided last minute, along with my parents, to head to sunny Florida. I am a planner and take time to research before booking any trips, hence I was feeling a little unsettled on such short notice... until I had the opportunity to work with Jim, the owner, who was fantastic!!! In our short stay we did Sea World, Gaylord Palms, which is an amazing resort to visit when raining. This 4.5 acre resort is all inside (under one roof) with shops & restaurants, go visit, you won't be disappointed. Universal City Walk, we loved this, went twice. We ate at some great restaurants including Tommy Bahama's and Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch, Bahama Breeze for dinner, and our favorite was Jimmy Buffetts Margaritaville! The condo was beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, comfortable and the location was perfect...close to everything. The pictures you see are exactly what you get!! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this condo to friends and family. Thanks again Jim for helping to make our accomodations so easy and for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo!! We had a great time!!

My friends and I (6 os us) reserved this condo for my 40th birthday celebration. It was PERFECT! It is located close to everything, has all the amenities you need, it's kept spotless, and the decor is amazing! I am definitely going to stay here again next visit. From the full kitchen and accessories, to the big bathrooms and closets, the nice TV/DVD/Stereo, the stay was so comfortable in comparison to a hotel. Definitely give it 5 stars!!!!

This condo was so fabulous in every way! 1) Comfortable, 2) Clean, 3) Convenient, 4) Spacious for all 6 of us, 5) Easy to get to from freeway etc...6) Close to everything! And lastly, Jim thank you! We were tremendously pleased with staying at this property on Vista Cay. My family and I thought the whole place was extremely nice and we will definately book here again! Very close to Universal Studios & Sea World, which the kids loved. The Kids loved the pool and were in it everyday morning & night. For Families of the yound and elderly I would definately recommend you staying here.

My recomendation on this condo couldn't be better! The condo is excellent in all terms: excellent location, the best decoration, very good and helpful appliances and lovely owner! We felt like home. I could ask for anything better than that. It was worth every penny! The only thing we recommend is to bring a map since it is a very new condo and not so many people are familiar with its location. However, once there, you will never forget! Yesterday I arrived home and missed the condo! Definetely will stay there again.

Me and my family just returned from Florida. This place is everything you need on your vacation clean luxury and clean. We traveled with kids and we were find just staying on the resort. We will only stay here from now on.

We are just back from our stay at this condo at Vista Cay and it was like heaven too stay here. The property is just amazing and the owner Jim could not have been more helpful. This is a very large condo and we had loads of room, the beds were so comfortable which meant so much to us after long days out and about. Kitchen facilites were super I could not fault anything about this place. I cannot leave out the pool area which we spent a lot of time it too was amazing. We would highly recommend this condo and the Vista Cay. thanks Jim.

We had a mini family reunion and stayed at the condo. My parents, wife and my 1 year old son all stayed. It was a very comfortable home and beautifully decorated. Even though the house wasn't baby proofed, it was very baby friendly and he had a ton of fun. The clubhouse is great and there were multiple pools for us to use and the hot tub was great after a long day in Orlando. The owner's made it real easy for us to deal with the baby and helped coordinate our trip so that we had everything we could need for a one year old being 3,000 miles from home. Highly recommend staying here, the grocery store is a walk away from the place and it's super convenient to everything we wanted to do.

I was in town for business in November '08 for a few days and brought along my family for the trip. We really enjoyed our stay. It is very close to the highway and all of the parks. Great shopping nearby too. Publix is across the street. That was very helpful. The description was perfectly accurate. The property was immaculate. Wireless internet worked very well. Was great to have DVD player and TV in bedrooms. We would recommend this to anyone traveling to Orlando on business or pleasure.

We stayed here in September 2008 for 3 nights. Condo was convenient to Disney, Universal, & airport. Very clean and well decorated! Great for each child to have own room with TV! Convenient to grocery store (you could walk if necessary). We would definitely stay in this unit again!!

My husband and I as well as our 16 year old daughter and our 3 year old daughter stayed at this condo from June 26th to July 3rd and we enjoyed every minute of it. We were very nervous as this is the time first time we used Homeaway from Home and let me tell you we were very pleased with the results. The condo was everything we were looking for and more. This is in the newer section of Vista Cay and away from all of the congestion of the older section. The condo was very, very clean, very nicely decorated and the walls were painted with these wonderful soothing colors. The pool and hot tub were very nice, the pool was never crowded and was just a few steps from the condo. Our trip included a vist to Sea World which was literally a 7 minute trip, Universal Studios & Isles of Adventure which was about 10 minutes or so - a straight shot there and back. There is a Publix grocery store right in front of the complex but we found them to be a bit pricey but if you take a 15 minute ride you will find a Super Walmart which worked out so much better. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area. Awesome condo!!!!
