As for the condo itself…
It is tastefully furnished with a blend of elegant Chinese antiques and beautiful island décor. Equipped with central air-conditioning and ceiling fans, and with year-round outdoor temperatures in the 70's and 80's, and balmy ocean breezes, you will always be comfortable.
Open the beautiful African mahogany pocket doors to the lanai and relax on the comfortable outdoor day bed or lounge chairs. Here you can enjoy dining, where you can take in the spectacular sunsets and nighttime skies with more stars than you’ve ever seen. The lanai features Teak wood cabinetry, granite counter-tops, a wet bar, mini-refrigerator, ice-maker and a gourmet Viking gas grill with a rotisserie.
The master bedroom has a California King and custom closet. The master bath has a walk-in shower, natural stone finishes and a luxurious oversized soaking tub and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, with an adjoining bathroom (tub/shower and double sinks). There is an additional self-inflating twin, which can comfortably be left up, as well as a hotel style roll-away bed if you would like to sleep 6. Of course, the day bed out on the lanai is always an option.
The beautifully appointed kitchen has granite counter-tops, African mahogany cabinetry, a separate oven, microwave, range and toaster oven, a spice rack and all the accessories you’ll need for your home away from home.
If you’d like to stay in touch with friends or the office, our villa has free unlimited long distance calling in the United States (10 cents per minute abroad) and high-speed wireless internet access. Enjoy high definition cable TV with Showtime in the living room and both bedrooms.
In Kolea you’ll enjoy the Beach Club Pavilion overlooking A-Bay. It is the ideal place for cocktails, dinner, or private parties, with a full kitchen, outdoor grill and dining tables. Workout in the open air exercise room or enjoy a morning swim in the nearby bay or beautiful infinity pool. Children are sure to enjoy the pool with a sand bottom and waterfall. Watch the glorious Hawaiian sunsets from the natural lava spa. Complementary towels are available for Kolea guests.
Ocean Sports Inc. is located right on the beach. Activities include kayaking, snorkeling and scuba diving, wind and kite surfing, beach volleyball, glass bottom boat rides, sail, snorkeling and sunset cruises, and extraordinary close-up whale watching.
You’ll have easy access to everything in the Resort. Across the street are the Kings Shops, with upscale shopping, restaurants and a convenience store. A block away are the newly opened Queens Shops, which will have a gourmet grocery store in the spring of 2008. Two championship golf courses are just minutes away.
Our condo is a 3-minute walk from the Marriott hotel, which has an authentic Hawaiian luau twice per week. Also in walking distance is the famed Hilton Waikoloa Village, rated the #1 top family resort in Hawaii. Here you can enjoy the Kohala spa, the dolphin quest, several award winning restaurants and evening entertainment in the Malolo lounge.
