This immaculate 2700 SQFT single level Sun Lakes home was professionally decorated with all new furniture four years ago and is situated along the fist fairway at the Palo Verde Country Club, a resort-style gated adult community in South Phoenix.
Palo Verde Country Club boarders Cottonwood and is across the road from Oakwood. We believe you will find this is the nicest furnished rental home in all of Sun Lakes and we would be happy to e-mail you additional photographs of our home (power point).
We have an oversized master bedroom with a king size pillow-top bed with walk in closet. Our guest room has a new queen size pillow-top bed and we also have two full size hide-a-beds for additional guests. Our kitchen has everything you will need and sometimes duplicates for preparing a wonderful dinner for you and your guests. We have both a formal and casual dining room for your entertaining. The home has new carpet and beautiful tile floors. We also have three TV’s for you and your guests to enjoy.
After a home cooked BBQ dinner we enjoy our evenings on our large back patio looking out onto the golf course and visiting with friends. You will find two full sets of lawn furniture including tables for you and your guests to enjoy. You can keep quite busy if you like as the Palo Verde Country Club and Pro Shop is located seven houses from our home. The Country Club offers a full restaurant and lounge along with a pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, racquet ball and an 18 hole executive golf course.
Everything is available to you with our renter’s cards. Just a few blocks away and within our gated adult community you will find a free miniature golf course and basketball hoops. You have access to four other Sun Lakes golf courses, heated pools and their facilities all within five minutes of our home. The Sun Lakes community offers many adult classes including woodworking and pottery and an occasionally a community theatre or dance.
We are only 22 minutes south of Phoenix and Sky Harbor Airport and all the attractions of a major metropolitan city including; major league baseball, basketball and Arizona State University sports. We hope you will come and enjoy our desert vacation home and our wonderful 75 degree winter weather.
