Our luxurious Gulf & Bay Club Bayside Condominium, ideally located on Sarasota’s Siesta Key, offers private access to world-famous powdery white sand Siesta Beach, beautiful waterfront views of the Sarasota Bay (intracostal waterway) and lush tropical landscaping throughout the complex. It is truly a hidden paradise right here in Florida!
Featured on the Siesta Key Chamber website, Siesta Beach is renowned for it’s gorgeous, crystal-white sand. The sand is 99% pure quarts, soft and cool on the feet. Among the many awards it has earned are: “the whitest and finest sand in the world” (Great International Beach Challenge, 1987) and “The Best Sand Beach in American” (The Travel Channel, 2004).
Our spacious ground floor unit, featuring two bedrooms plus den, two-bathrooms, kitchen, living room and lanai/sunroom and FREE WiFi Broadband High Speed Internet access will accommodate the entire family.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, dresser, television, walk-in closet, large vanity/dressing area, and master bathroom.
Our guest bedroom features two full-size beds, dresser, television/DVD combo, walk-in closet, with the second full bath located adjacent to room.
The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and also boasts beautiful granite counter tops, and ceramic tile floor. Den is perfect for additional sleeping room with a full-size Futon and lofted twin bunk, and is also equipped a cable T.V./DVD combo unit.
Living Room is tastefully decorated with a sofa sleeper, swivel/rocker chair, a small snack table with matching chairs, and a full-wall bookcase/entertainment center. It also includes cable television, stereo, and DVD player.
The sliding glass doors of the enclosed lanai/sunroom allow for the use of this beautiful room in any kind of weather. You’ll spend much of your time relaxing in this quite, secluded room enjoying the wonderful water view with passing boats, herons, pelicans and other active Florida wildlife. If you are lucky, you may even catch a glimpse of a dolphin or manatee, which have been known to visit now and then!
Private garage allows for storage of beach toys (chairs, umbrellas, buckets, etc.) and one vehicle. A beach cart, chairs & cooler are provided to make your beach excursions a breeze. AND, for an additional $50.00 during your stay, you may use our beach/street bikes to further explore Siesta Key and it's surroundings!
When you are not at the beach, there is plenty to do at the condominium complex property which offers two heated pools, tennis courts, exercise room, sauna, barbeque grills, picnic areas, fishing from the pier (overlooking the intercostals waterway) or reserve the clubhouse for private parties.
Conveniently located just 15 minutes from Sarasota airport or one hour from either Tampa International and Ft. Meyers airports. Disney a short 2-hour drive away.
