Villa La Estancia is an Ownership Resort, located right on Medano Beach. We, the Owners of Villa 3207, would like to share what we have found in all of Cabo San Lucas to be the most relaxing and enjoyable location. The Resort is just a short walk to downtown, and the Marina. Central Cabo is an exciting and vibrant place to be. Puerto Paraiso Mall has an array of unique shops, a Cinema Theater and Bowling Alley. The Marina is the hotbed of dining, entertainment, and more shopping. Within a quarter mile radius of Plaza Bonita you will find many more shops, eateries and entertainment sites to investigate. Everything is located within walking distance of our Resort.
At Villa La Estancia there are 5 jetted hot tubs, a 2 tiered swimming pool, with a swim up bar. The La Parilla, Poolside Bar & Mexican Mesquite Grill is open from 9:00am to 9:30pm. La Casona, the signature restaurant, is open from 7:00am to 10:30am and 6:00pm to 10:30pm. Both are of the finest quality and La Casona is one of the top rated restaurants in all of Cabo. There are many other restaurants within the Villa Group complex, for your enjoyment. The fitness center with free weights, machines, shower rooms, lockers, hot tubs and more, is located next to La Casona.
There is a plaza in the complex with a doctor's office, specialty shops, a deli with internet access and video rentals. The market has nearly everything one needs to stock the kitchen. Costco and Walmart are less than a 5 minute drive for your larger shopping needs. There are 4 lighted tennis courts, 2 located atop the market and 2 located next to our Sister resort, Villa Del Palmar.
The entire complex consists of Villa La Estancia, Villa de Palmar and the newest addition Villa Del Arco. Between Del Arco and La Estancia is a new World Class 3 story Health Spa. There is a $10.00 Fee for the day, unless services are purchased, Go ahead pamper yourself!
Villa 3207 may be reserved in 2 configurations. The "A" Unit, consisting of the Master bedroom, Living, Dining and Kitchen areas, with 2 bathrooms. This sleeps 4 guests with a sofa bed in the Living area. The entire Villa, which sleeps 8 and extremely comfortable for the entire family. Both configurations have access to the Terrace. ALTHOUGH WE OFFER THE AFORE MENTIONED CONFIGURATIONS, A FULL VILLA, 7 NIGHT RENTAL IS PREFERRED. Please inquire for more information.
Rates are listed below. A 50% deposit is due for confirmation, with the remaining 50% due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations after initial confirmation will be charged a NON-REFUNDABLE $350.00 administrative fee deducted from the original deposit.
Rates for Christmas/New Year, Easter/Spring Break, and Special Holidays may be higher than those listed below. Please inquire for more information.
Remember, as a guest staying at Villa 3207, you may use all the facilities with in the Villa Group complex, including the Health Spa, all restaurants, pools etc.

- Air Conditioning: The Living room, as well as both bedrooms have climate controls and Fan controls.
- Washer: Combo in closet in kitchen.

- Linens Provided: House Keeping comes every other day. They change all linens/towels etc. That day housekeeping will turn down the beds. Daily house keeping is an extra charge and must be requested at check-in and paid for at check-out by Guest
- Covered Parking: Parking is available directly under the Main Lobby. There is 1 space marked Villa 3207, please use that space only. Unmarked spaces are also available.
- Elevator: Located just outside the entrance to Villa 3207, right next to the stairwell. Extremely easy access to the pool area.

Why the Owner Chose Villa La Estancia
Over the years my wife and I have traveled throughout Mexico. Many beautiful places, some very adventurous and rather strange times. The first time we went to Los Cabos, we stayed in San Jose del Cabo. We fell in love with the people and the area. The very next year we went down to Cabo and stayed with friends who bought in to Villa La Estancia. The place sold itself. We came home and were fortunate enough to be able to buy a quarter share. Soon there after I had 3 other partners, who also love Cabo and we want to share our Villa with you.
