Beautiful Mansion-style condo in a brand-new gated community close to Sun City Grand and Sun City West. Very private end unit with the patio on the east side so you can enjoy your morning coffee outside in the sun, and then the evening you can enjoy the shade.
No stairs here! For added security, you can enter the unit directly from the garage as well as a front entrance.
Just bring your clothes, tooth brush, and golf clubs and come enjoy the Arizona weather. If you like baseball, you are close to spring training sites for several major league teams. Plus an interesting "Did you know??" There are 40 golf courses within 10 miles!
