Short term monthly rental includes all utilities, cable, phone & wireless internet access. Private entrance, off street parking, full kitchen with stainless appliances, dishwasher, beautiful electric fireplace in queen Murphy bed-sit room with flat screen TV, private covered patio, BBQ. Interior and entrance are senior and handicap accessible.
Complimentary pick up from airport or ferry. Public transit to University and Downtown seconds away. Pet may be considered.

Owner Description
Bruce and Linda Billings retired to Victoria in 2000 after both having a career with the Edmonton Police Service. They enjoy meeting new people and are dedicated to providing their guests with unparalleled service. Their home is very private and off the street on a 'panhandle' lot so a quiet, residential feel is what they hope their guests will enjoy. With the beach only steps away, they think it's a great place to enjoy all the benefits Victoria has to offer.
