Located in the Swiss Mountains above the Heber Valley just a short drive from Park City, Deer Valley, The Canyons, and Sundance Ski Resorts. Just 50 minutes from the Salt Lake City airport and all of the attractions of the greater Salt Lake City area. A perfect family vacation destination!
Description:
This small but cozy cabin is situated at the end of a mountain road with only the Wasatch behind you and fantastic views of Heber Valley before you. Hike up the mountains from a trail starting at the foot of our property, or just sit on the deck swing and enjoy the perfect silence as hot air balloons rise over the valley. You're literally at the end of the road so, don't be surprised to see elk, deer and foxes running around the property. Road and driveway are plowed in winter.
The cabin is a fully furnished and meticulously maintained. It's been our family retreat for years. We just moved to Canada, so this is the first year we've rented it out.
There is ample room to sleep 6 people comfortably. It’s 1300 square feet with three bedrooms (two small rooms upstairs each with trundle beds and one room downstairs with a queen bed), a bathroom, a loft, and family room with vaulted ceiling and big windows overlooking the Heber Valley. Outside is an enormous deck and deck swing. Below is the garage with washer and dryer.
The cabin was remodeled six years ago and since then we've used it only a few times each year. It's not luxuriant, but it is extremely clean and very comfortable. And you can't beat the location. It’s close enough to reach with just a short drive from the main road in Midway, but far enough away to leave it all behind and enjoy the peace and beauty of a mountain retreat.
