You can see the San Jacinto mountains from the pool/spa. The large beautifully landscaped 1/4 acre lot allows for plenty of space with a large expanse of pool, deck and lawn beyond it. There is plenty of privacy with border fences and hedges. There are shade trees, fruit trees, and palm trees throughout the yard.
The location is ideal, being within walkin distance of the downtown strip (only 6 blocks,) you don't even need to rent a car. Downtown Palm Springs features theatre, shops, bars, restaurants and an casino (all within walking distance) There are also frequent events such as the Palm Springs Film Festival, street fair, and more. Half a block away is Ruth Hardy Park with numerous tennis courts and the famous “Wellness Trail.” The house is not on or near any busy streets, so your vacation will be quiet and relaxing.
The interior of the house has all the modern equipment with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counters, traverteen or carpet. There is a magnificent stone gas fireplace in the living room. The master bedroom has French doors entering into the backyard right off the spa. The 2nd bedroom also has a walkout to a little private sitting area. Each of those rooms has a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom/den has a single pull out sleeper sofa. An indoor/outdoor stereo and several TV’s and DVD players throughout the house are at your disposal.
A garage space and opener is available for your use. You are also welcome to use the bikes, tennis rackets, pool toys and whatever you find that’s not locked up.
