Beautiful, spacious 2003 pool home located across the street from the London Bridge Golf Course. Only minutes from London Bridge, town and Lake Havasu Marina. Very comfortable 4 bedroom home to relax in after a great day on the lake or to simply escape the winter season.
Has full RV hook ups and RV parking next to the three car garage and a large driveway to accommodate numerous cars and water toys. There is a great patio right off the pool with an outdoor stereo and BBQ. The heated waterfall pool has a martini bar and umbrella to relax and enjoy the sun. There are four lounge chairs and a patio furniture set with six chairs.
Master bedroom is about 400 SQ. FT. with a queen bed and a 25' color TV. The attached bathroom has a large, open shower and expansive walk in closet. It has a double sink vanity with plenty of drawers for storage.
The second bedroom is about 200 SQ. FT. with a very comfortable queen bed. Has color TV and a large closet.
The third bedroom is about 150 SQ. FT. with comfortable queen bed and walk in closet. This room has a small color TV and DVD player.
The fourth bedroom is a fully insulated air conditioned converted third car garage that has about 350 SQ. FT. with a twin bunk bed, queen sofa sleeper and a queen blow up mattress. This room is great for the kids and it will sleep 4-7 people comfortabley.

We rented this house for 3 days for Desert Storm 2013 and couldn't of been happier. I am a very honest person when it comes to rentals, because I have owned rentals in the past and will be honest, this home has it all. Big bedrooms, pool, hot tub, nice kitchen, washer/dryer, and all the amenities anyone could need or use. House: Overall the house is clean, neat, well put together, well laid out, we had a group of 10 people that varied in ages, so it was nice if some people wanted to hang out inside and relax and some wanted to stay out by the pool they could. Kitchen: This kitchen is layed out very nicely, huge island and more pots, pans, dishes, etc than you could imagine, and we added some more because we forgot all the baking pans we brought with us. (Enjoy) LOL. Living Room: Huge Living room with nice comfy couch with pull out bed. Nice ceiling fan above it also. Master Bedroom: Huge and very comfortable, huge walk in closet, plenty of hangers too. Other Bedrooms: Very nice and up to date. Clean and fresh sheets. Outside: Awesome entertaining place, we spent every night out here when we got back from going out. Plenty of chairs and seating areas. Pool and Hot Tub: Alright this one frustrated me the most in the beginning. Make sure you read the directions that Melissa leaves line by line and perfect. We had some issues in the beginning with it, and called her a couple times and she was able to walk us thru it, main thing to remember is the filters have to be ON, to heat the pool. Or nothing will work. The pool light was burnt out but there is enough light from the patio that your ok. Once we figured out how to work it all, everything was PERFECT. BBQ: We had to fill up the propane tank when we got there, so should be good for the next renters, but if your like us and stopped on the way to the house to get food to BBQ, make sure your not trying to find somewhere that sells propane late at night. There are 2 gas stations (Terrible's and Shell) right down the hill that do exchange (29 bucks or so). Overall we loved this place and beats ANY hotel in Lake Havasu. The neighbors are friendly and even invited us over for a beer when we arrived. Takes about 5-10 mins to get down to the bridge in a cab, we found a service that took us down there and back every night for 3.00 per person. Was great. In closing, beautiful home, awesome place and def will be my spot when we go back to Havasu! Thanks.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The house is just as described. Everyone loved the layout. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in. We would definilty recommend this house to anyone. The pool was wonderful just wish we had more time to enjoy it.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and one other Family stayed here May 17-21, 2012. This house is the perfect getaway! The house is even better than the photos, it has plenty of towels, dishes , spices, etc...that makes your stay even easier. Plenty of room for multiple families plus the converted garage is a perfect getaway for the kids. The pool and spa were awesome and warm for that evening swim. Outdoor bbq and stereo(ipod or mp3 or phone) with plenty of outdoor furniture....no need to bring any chairs. We look forward to staying here several more times and would highly recommend property to anyone. The owner was very easy to work with, and we got immediate response when we sent emails.Enjoy your stay and have a blast!!!! Oh yeah....don't worry , you are only 5-8 minutes to Windsor boat ramp and close to all stores and downtown!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Spacious, clean, and very welcoming home with beautiful pool and spa in new neighborhood! House is well maintained so treat it as you will treat your home. Less than 5 minute drive to docks and London Bridge. Owner is really easy going too, which made our vacation a more enjoyable one. House is great, clean and has a nice setting. The pool and back yard are very private yet only a few minutes drive from lots of activities. The owner was excellent to work with, very prompt to answer and address our questions and concerns and everything was as advertised. We had a lot of visitors during our stay and they were all very satisfied with the accomodations. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we have already booked again for next year. What a great house and location. The home is spacious and spotless and perfect for a couple or a family. We loved the back yard and the beautiful pool. Beautiful home, with all that's needed for a great vacation. Extremely clean and well stocked. The salt water pool was very relaxing after a day of boating on Lake Havasu. Great neighborhood with Havasu golf course within 5 minutes. Launched our boat at Windsor Beach, about 10 minutes away. Look at all the homes in Havasu for rent, but this is by far the best.
