My family and one other Family stayed here May 17-21, 2012. This house is the perfect getaway! The house is even better than the photos, it has plenty of towels, dishes , spices, etc...that makes your stay even easier. Plenty of room for multiple families plus the converted garage is a perfect getaway for the kids. The pool and spa were awesome and warm for that evening swim. Outdoor bbq and stereo(ipod or mp3 or phone) with plenty of outdoor furniture....no need to bring any chairs. We look forward to staying here several more times and would highly recommend property to anyone. The owner was very easy to work with, and we got immediate response when we sent emails.Enjoy your stay and have a blast!!!! Oh yeah....don't worry , you are only 5-8 minutes to Windsor boat ramp and close to all stores and downtown!!

Spacious, clean, and very welcoming home with beautiful pool and spa in new neighborhood! House is well maintained so treat it as you will treat your home. Less than 5 minute drive to docks and London Bridge. Owner is really easy going too, which made our vacation a more enjoyable one. Will definitely be back :)

What a great house and location. The home is spacious and spotless and perfect for a couple or a family. We loved the back yard and the beautiful pool. We can tell the owner is a perfectionist -- he keeps everything in tip-top shape. You won't be sorry if you rent this lovely home.

House is great, clean and has a nice setting. The pool and back yard are very private yet only a few minutes drive from lots of activities. The owner was excellent to work with, very prompt to answer and address our questions and concerns and everything was as advertised. We had a lot of visitors during our stay and they were all very satisfied with the accomodations. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we have already booked again for next year. Beautiful home, with all that's needed for a great vacation. Extremely clean and well stocked. The salt water pool was very relaxing after a day of boating on Lake Havasu. Great neighborhood with Havasu golf course within 5 minutes. Launched our boat at Windsor Beach, about 10 minutes away. Look at all the homes in Havasu for rent, but this is by far the best. The owners are always available if you have any questions. Thanks Mike for a great vacation.

Enjoyed staying at this home. This is a nice home and its well maintained. Kept the kids busy when we were not at the lake. Minutes from the lake and London Bridge. Will definitely stay here again.

This house is awesome! We have rented many houses in Havasu and this is the first that has delivered as advertised in every way. The house is extremely clean, well stocked and everything worked as expected; The pool is beautiful and clean and a refreshing treat at the end of the day. The owners are very pleasant and easy to deal with. We highly recommend this house and look forward to returning as well.
