The house is nestled at the bottom of the mountains and, whichever way you look, the view has to be one of the most spectacular in the world.
The house is an open-plan, with a large modern kitchen, living room with fireplace,2 bedrooms, and a beautiful bathroom on the first level. The second floor is a loft-style bedroom.
The kitchen is equipped with many modern convenience you could want: Bread maker, champion juicer, a nespresso coffee machine, deep fat fryer, and the list goes on and on...
Many of the rooms face the Lake, and you have an incredible view of several volcanoes, including Volcano Atitlan. There is also a huge covered open air patio outside, which doubles the size of the house!!
Enjoy picking your own bananas, papayas, and lemons from our huge colorful garden which takes you to your own private dock.
This is a great place if you enjoy natural beauty, privacy, and walking especially for couples and perfect for small families
