Casa Paxanax, a 10 minute boat ride from Panajachel, is located right on the lake shore of Lake Atitlan and a few minutes walk to tourists restaurants, a PADI Dive Center,Kayak rentals, Hiking trails, bars, Yoga Classes, massages and to the town of Santa Cruz, a Mayan indigenous village.
The house is nestled at the bottom of the mountains and, whichever way you look, the view has to be one of the most spectacular in the world.
The house is an open-plan, with a large modern kitchen, living room with fireplace, large bedroom, and a beautiful bathroom on the first level. The second floor is a loft-style large one bedroom.
All rooms face the Lake, and you have an incredible view of several volcanoes, including Volcano Atitlan. There is also a huge covered open air patio outside, which doubles the size of the house!!
Enjoy picking your own bananas, papayas, and lemons from our huge colorful garden which takes you to your own private dock.
