This very cozy cabin was built in 2006. It is furnished with all brand new furniture and appliances. All you need to provide is your clothing, personal affects and food and then just sit back and relax and enjoy.
During the winter, turn on the propane built-in fireplace and kick back and cuddle up with a great book or a great movie on the couch. Or go snowmobiling or cross country skiing directly from the driveway.
The upstairs consist of the Master Bedroom with a queen size bed and dressers and night stand with lamp and alarm clock. The other bedroom has two twin beds, dresser and night stand with lamp and alarm clock. It has a full bathroom, linen closet, coat closet. It also contains the fully furnished Kitchen with eating bar and dining room with large kitchen table. The deck with furniture and large gas BBQ and utensils. And last but not least, the full size living room.
The downstairs consist of two more bedrooms with Queen Size beds, dressers and night stands with lamps and alarm clocks. A bathroom. A Washer and Dryer with supplies provided. You may walk out to the Over-sized garage for parking your vehicles and or vacation toys. From the garage, you can walk out to the back patio or head out to the front yard.
We are just a few blocks from the Marina and grassy sand Public beach. There is the "Leonard Paul General Store" which provides groceries, gifts, movies, pizzas, sandwiches (hot or cold) espressos, smoothies all freshly made to order. And bottles of Adult beverages.
There are numerous activities in and around the surrounding area for you and your entire family. A book is provided on the fireplace mantel for your convenience.
It is a great place for Scrap-booking and Quilting for the ladies and a great place for Snowmobiling and Hunting for the group of guys. Also great for the Holiday getaway.

- Hills Resort does have an outdoor Movie once a week in the summer. There is a book provided at the cabin with the activities etc. for the area and surrounding area. There is also a local Resort that is putting in a movie theater. Also the Hotel does have a heated outdoor pool that they will allow others to use for a small fee.
Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Winter Rates are $125.00 per night plus a $90.00 cleaning fee or $750.00 week
plus the cleaning fee. There is a $300.00 refundable damage deposit.
These rates are from September 7th 2010 thru May 26th 2011.
Summer Rates are $175.00 per night plus a $90.00 cleaning fee or $1100.00 per week
which includes the cleaning fee. There is a $300.00 refundable damage deposit.
Summer rates are from May 27th 2011 thru September 5th, 2011.

We actully built this home as we have a few properties in the Coolin, ID area and it is a great place to either spend time relaxing or simply hanging out with your friends and family.

Great week at beautiful Priest Lake

My family (kids and grandkids) rented his property for the week of July 4th. We were at Priest Lake for my son's wedding. We had all travelled from the east coast at a great expense. Staying here at this cabin was awesome. It was clean, spacious and well stocked with everything. My grandsons went fishing, rented a speedboat with all boards, tubes, etc. We were one block away from the Inn at Priest Lake, so all of the other relatives had a place to gather before the wedding festivities began. All my relatives loved the area so much that they want to come back in the winter to do snowmobiling, etc. The owner was very gracious about returning my calls with questions about this property. I would recommend this place to family and friends. The property was reasonably priced compared to other properties at Priest Lake.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We have stayed here for 2 vacations and have loved it. There is so much space, all of the rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms are so clean. The kitchen is just like home. The house still feels new. We easily slept 12 people. I would highly recommend this rental.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
