Our condo is a recently renovated and beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, plus loft/2 bath unit located in lush, scenic East Vail, just 4 miles East of Vail Village on the free bus route. Our unit is part of the Pitkin Creek Condo Complex which includes a market/liquor store, jacuzzi and a pool. This is a non-smoking condo.
Our place is a second and top floor unit with vaulted ceilings, completely updated kitchen and baths, new carpet, paint and furnished with a modern mountain flare. It comes complete with 3 cable TV's, VCR, DVD players, a wood burning fireplace, washer and dryer(within the unit itself) a walk-out deck with outdoor seating and gas grill. The deck overlooks a courtyard and the pool area.
3 bedrooms, plus a loft comprise the sleeping area for 10 guests. The main-floor master contains a king bed, plenty of closet space and a flat screen TV/DVD/VCR. A full bath is located next to the master, off the hall. The second bedroom contains a Queen-size bed also with plenty of closet space and a TV/VCR. A second bath is located next to this room off the hall. The third bedroom is on the second floor, next to the loft with a queen bed. The loft is great for kids and hasone twin bed and a bunk bed. The upper bunk is a twin bed, the lower bunk is a full size bed. The loft has a fully stocked game closet.
All rooms in the condo, include new furniture, fixtures and custom bedding.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If renter cancels more than 30 days in advance the $200 security deposit will be forfeited unless lost dates are rescheduled. If renter cancels less than 30 days in advance, both the security deposit and the rental amount will be forfeited unless lost dates are rescheduled. Any monies can be tranferred to future rental dates.
