Hale Ono Loa Unit 308!
A beautiful one bedroom condo overlooking the ocean. Sit on your
lanai in the morning with your beverage of choice and see the sea
turtles feeding on the reef in front of the complex. When in
season, watch the whales in the channel between Maui and the island
of Lana'i. Watch the sun setting while listening to the conch
shells echoing the end of the day.
The complex itself is quiet and open air. No air conditioning
required with the trade winds blowing through the condo day and
night! The Condo has ceiling fans in the bedroom and living area to
add to the tropical feel while maintaining the airflow. The updated
unit has a full kitchen with dishwasher and everything needed, just
add your food and beverages and you're set to go!
This is our second home so we have all the kitchen utensils, pots,
pans, linens, towels, beach towels, boogie boards, pool and beach
toys and chairs on hand not to mention coolers and assorted items
so you can take off and enjoy your day at the beach.
There is a sun deck over looking the ocean, this is a great place
to get sun, socialize, enjoy the view and eat your meals that you
BBQ!
This unit sleeps four comfortably with a king-size bed and a queen-
size Aero Bed.
This complex is conveniently located near beaches, downtown
Lahaina, golfing, horseback riding, whale watching, snorkeling,
shopping and restaurants.

Why the Owner Chose Honokowai
This complex has the most beautiful grounds on west Maui. Friendly, helpful & quiet. We already owned another condo at Hale Ono Loa when we purchased this unit. We fell in love with the condo, the Corian counters in kitchen & bath area, the view is nothing short of fantastic. We love going to sleep listening to the crashing waves & waking up to the resident birds in the morning. Let me tell you, I can stay on the lanai all day just watching the sea life. The Green Sea Turtles come in 3 times a day at high tide to feed off the reefs in front of the complex and the location of this condo lets you enjoy the site without leaving the lanai. The last time we were staying in this condo, a Monk Seal swam by, and another came up on the beach on the property next door and caught some warm rays for a morning! The snorkeling right out front is some of the best I've experienced in Maui. There are reefs that attract interesting sea life and for the timid snorkelers, you can stay close to shore if you chose.
We have named this condo Serenity because that is the feel when you walk thru the door!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
You can actually watch the sea turtles feed on the reefs from the lanai in this condo! It's a great way to enjoy your morning beverage, or take a break from a good book! This condo is between Ka'anapali and Kapalua, golf is minutes away. We are 4 miles from downtown Lahaina and within walking distance to a farmer's market, open Monday, Wednesday & Friday. A great kids park & beach with a coffee shop across the street. We love to walk to coffee then cross the street to Honokowai Park to watch the sea life while we enjoy our mornings. Also, Maui has a great transit system! They stop every 20 minutes and go everywhere!
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays the Farmer's Market opens from 7 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. to purchase your local produce, flowers & specialty items.
This park is perfect for children! Climbing toys, swings & slides along with large shade trees for sand playing. This park has 3 reefs in front of it, so not much surf. Very shallow too so the little ones can play in the ocean.
This is the beginning of the Ka'anapali beaches. Great park! Drive to the end of the road, park and find your perfect spot on the beach!

We feel in love with Maui many years ago! We started out with a timeshare, then over time, met a very large group of friends, well more like extended family, and found ourselves returning more than once a year. We began looking for a condo with specific requirements and found that Hale Ono Loa met every one. We now own 2 condos there and are very active in the homeowners' association. Another perk is the residents all have that magic aloha spirit that is hard to beat! Both condos are our second home and have furnished them as such. If there is something we need in the condo for a special meal, we buy it. Everything is meant to be sat on, slept in and very comfy!

Great condo just like the pictures depicted........very spacious and comfy. Had everything we needed, including wireless Internet, music system, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, you name it ..it had it. Condo was also very clean and well maintained. Loved the lanai, what a view!! Snorkel deck was great, we even got to see some turtles! Close to a farmers market, grocery and even a fresh fish market. We highly recommend this condo. Owners were quick to respond to any of our concerns or needs.Overall wonderful experience. Thank you Dave and Pam! We will definitely be back.

When my husband and I first walked into the condo we could not believe we where there! We were on our honeymoon and had been looking at the pictures of this condo for months! It was BETTER than the pictures! The condo itself was clean, comfortable, the kitchen was better stocked than mine at home! The view was amazing! Palm trees and the ocean! What else could you ask for??? Sea Turtles? Why yes they were there as well! I think they play little games with you to make yell out.. "Look there is another one!!!" I fell for that everytime! This first evening we were there we sat on the lanai having drinks and listening to the ocean, in the background we had some Hawaiin music playing on the cd player, it was a perfect first night for a honeymoon! We did alot of driving and saw alot of beautiful scenery, Maui is absolutely beautiful! We rented a large car and my husband suggests a smaller compact car if you plan on doing any driving up the long winding, narrow roads! We did however survive the Road to Hana in the BIG car, but a smaller car would have made it alot easier. (but where is the adventure in that?) The pictures you see of this condo do not do it justice, if you think they look amazing, then you should go and stay there because in real life it is waaaay better!!!! We thought we might just stay there and be squatters, but we had to go ome to our dog and two cats! We did the tourist thing and went to a Luau, it was alot of fun, good show, good food, and the Mai tai's kept coming!!! We honestly recommend this condo to anybody who is looking for a piece of Heaven!!!

We loved staying at the condo. It had all the kitchen items you needed to make a meal, if you were so inclined to dine at home. It also included items for the beach with ice chests. The furnishings were wonderful. We had the best room because it was so close to the ocean. The breeze from the front door and balcony was heaven. I now need to have a wave machine at home so that I can fall asleep. The actual building was extremely clean with a pool and barbeque. Will recommend this place to all my friends.

Everything you're seeing and reading about this condo is true! From our initial contact with Pam, to the final check out from #308 at the end of our stay, the experience couldn't have been better. The condo is immaculately clean, very comfortably furnished, and has that wonderful tropical ambiance we all hope to experience in Hawaii. Pam's suggestions were very helpful and we used many... the Costco stop for groceries just after we arrived, the nearby Farmer's Market for fresh produce, the condo's community barbecue, Honoapilani Beach Park/boardwalk, swimming and snorkeling beaches. We didn't dine out much as it was so comfortable to dine in (and carry our lunches with us in the condo's insulated picnic basket!), but If you're eating out, we'd recommend the sunset Happy Hour at Dukes (along the boardwalk). We also enjoyed delicious Hawaiian fare for a reasonable price at Aloha Mixed Plate in Lahaina. Can't think of a better place to spend a week - thanks Pam and Dave! Robin and Don

This was the 3rd condo we had rented on our 3 week trip to Hawaii and from the moment we walked in the door of this beautiful condo we felt like we were in heaven. From the spotless attention to detail on the interior, to the magnificent view from anywhere in the condo it was unforgettable. We fell asleep everynight to the sound of the waves crashing with the patio doors wide open and enjoyed sitting on the patio watching for whales and the abundance of turtles that show up on the coral reef below. The pool and grounds were beautiful too. Pamela was very prompt and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven with travellers like ourselves!

Hi Pam, Your home was so beautiful that I found it hard to go anywhere else. The view down the coastline was just breathtaking. I loved your supply of books, and I able to read 4 of them, sitting on the lanai. It was sooooo relaxing! :) I just returned home this evening, and I miss it already. Thank you for making my stay so special. I've been coming to the Hawaiian Islands for 15 years and this was the best trip ever! Hi Pam, Just wanted you to know how very much we enjoyed our stay in your unit at Hale Ono Loa. It was perfect in every way. The location couldn't have been better as we were right across the street from our son's home. We enjoyed several meals on your lanai as one cannot beat the ocean views from there. Our grandson loved the pool and we spent many hours there with him. I don't think we ever had to share it with anyone so it was perfect for us. I dearly miss the ocean breezes as we came back to 100+ weather and no electricity for 4 days. We were ready to turn around and come back. We are hoping to make another trip out that way before the end of the year and I will definitely be in touch to see about availability. Aloha. Finally getting back into the groove here, had lots to do after 2 weeks away. Can't say enough good stuff about your place. We absolutely loved it. You guys thought of everything, we were constantly surprised and amazed at all the stuff we found. It was so nice to be so well supplied, it made it so comfortable. And the location and the view's were unbelievable. I swam with the turtles right down in front of the place, everyday. Thanks again, and I've already told every one I know what a great a place it is.
