Laurens Lazy Cottage is a brand new (November 2007) fun beach home located within the new community of Cottages at Eastern Lake.

This is a steal of a deal! We have a newer (November 2008) bedroom home at family friendly rates.

Laurens Lazy Cottage is just a short walk to the beach or 50 steps to the huge community pool. Located close to Rosemary, SeaSide and Seacrest beaches there's never a dull moment offering many restaurants and shopping galore. The Destin outlet mall is a short 15 minute drive or go the other direction to Pier Park in Panama City Beach, again 15 minutes. The 30A bike path is just outside of our resort neighborhood with bike rental shops less than a mile away.

This home features professionally appointed furnishings throughout, complete with a full kitchen including stainless appliances, large eat-in bar and granite countertops that make cooking for your crew a pleasure. The open dining and living room provide a large dining room table and barstools for comfortably seating 8-10, a sofa that pulls out to sleep an additional two on its queen mattress, a 32 inch flat screen television with DVD player and all the channels you could watch. We even have a washer and dryer close to the kitchen area.

Laurens Lazy Cottage consists of five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master bedroom (second floor) opens to the covered porch with ceiling fans and rocking chairs. The king-size bed with a flat screen TV will make you feel right at home. The luxury master bath has a jetted tub, tile shower, walk in closet, private toilet and twin sinks.

Bedrooms two and three are also on the second floor each having at TV set and share a full deluxe bathroom. Bedroom two has a king-size bed and bedroom three has a full-size bed.

Bedrooms four and five are on the first floor close to the kitchen area and share a deluxe full bath. Bedroom four has twin-size bunk beds and a TV and bedroom five has a full-size bed.
