Our home is located in desirable Lake Sumter Landing a little over a mile from Market Square. Stroll along the boardwalk lined with restaurants and have a cocktail while watching the Florida sunset. Enjoy the live nightly entertainment on either Market Square (Lake Sumter Landing) or Town Square (Spanish Springs). Dance the night away or simply sit back and enjoy the music. Arrive early for happy hour and meet new friends.
There’s so much to do in The Villages and with the optional Villages Amenity ID card you will have the availability of all activities. There are numerous golf courses throughout The Villages - 20 free executive courses and eight championship courses (small fee) including Arnold Palmer and Nancy Lopez signatures courses. You will be within walking distance of the championship Mallory Hill course. There are Social clubs, Theater, Sports of all kinds, Arts and Crafts, Heated Pools, Exercise Rooms, Billiards, Walking Trails and so much more, but let’s not forget the friends you’ll meet, which is why the Villages is known as America’s friendliest hometown. Again you will be within walking distance to the neighborhood pool at Mallory Square.
Your home away from home is fully furnished with everything you’d expect. This Amelia Courtyard villa has over 1790 square feet of living space. This home features a master and second bedroom with queen size beds and walk-in closets. The spacious living room is also equipped with a full-size sleeper sofa. The master bath has a large tiled shower and walk-in closet. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens to the living and dining room area. Cable TVs are found in the living room and both bedrooms. A VCR/DVD player is provided so you can bring along your favorite movies to enjoy while relaxing at home. Have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the screened lanai in your private backyard. The one and a half car garage has plenty of room for a golf cart (not provided).
This is a non-smoking, no pet home (absolutely no exceptions). The Villages is an active 55 plus community.
Rental fee includes all taxes, utilities, trash, lawn, cable and local phone service. A $50 Amenity ID fee is required (limited to two Adults) to access all the Villages has to offer.
There is no daily or routine cleaning service (Washer and Dryer on premises). There is however, a one time cleaning at the end of your stay included in the rental fee. Anything beyond reasonable cleaning will be deducted from your deposit.
