This chalet style home in Arrowhead Lake has three bedrooms, two baths and everything you need for a great vacation! Some features include a large 42 inch plasma HDTV in the living room, foosball table in the loft, high speed wireless internet access, child safety gate, television in every bedroom. There is a large deck on the front of the property with gas grill and patio furniture (in storage for winter season).
Located in Pocono Lake, Pennsylvania, this house is located just two hours from the Philadelphia and NYC metropolitan areas.
We are located within walking distance of one of the pools, tennis courts, and two of the beaches within the community. We are ONLY 10 Minutes from Jack Frost, Big Boulder, State Game Lands, and several golf courses. The house is 25 minutes away from The Crossings Outlet Shopping, Camelback, Camelbeach Water Park, Mohegan Sun Casino, Pocono Downs Raceway, home of NASCAR.
First floor contains:

Arrowhead Lakes is a gated community containing two lakes for swimming and fishing, lifeguard posts are at the five beaches and three outdoor pools( two of which are heated), seven tennis courts and a basketball court (lighted at night), playgrounds, and planned activities for kids and adults all year long. Just check the community calendar for all the events.
Arrowhead Lake community requires renters (over the age of six) to purchase amenity badges only during the Summer Season (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend) for use of the pool, beaches and lake. Weekly badges are $25 per person and Daily badges are $7.50 per person per day.
Gate pass must be purchased for $25 per vehicle in order to access the community.
Security deposit: $300 (returned within 30 days of checkout)
