This fabulous New home, completed in 2007, on a lake in the famous Lely Resort. This home is elegantly furnished in an open floorplan. Large sliding door in Great Room/Living room opens onto a large screened lanai with its own pavers deck with heated pool and Spa. Spacious 2000 square feet of comfortable and spacious living space.

The 3 bedroom consist of Master Bedroom with King size bed and full size dresser with flat screen TV, his and hers closets, large oval tub and separate shower stall. Two vanity units with granite counters.

There are 2 guest bedrooms - one with a queen size bed and walk in closet and the other with twin beds and large closet. Ceiling Fans in all 3 Bedrooms and the Great Room/Family Room.

Office/Den with Desk, Bookcase and broadband wireless Inrenet accessible throughout the home and Lanai area.

There is a patio set that seats 4 for dining in the Lanai overlooking the beautiful lake, and also 4 lounge chairs to soak up the wonderrful Florida sun.

Propane gas Grill with extra burner so that you can cook and grill your bavorite meals.

There are 3 championship golf courses (including 2 public) within the Lely Resort complex (Golf fees are not included in rental fee).The Flamingo Island course, designed by Robert Trent Jones was hailed as "America's Best" by Golf Week Magazine and received 4 stars from Golf Digest.

The Mustang Course, designed by Lee Trevino, is over 7,100 yards long and has multiple tee boxes for golfers of all skills. Golf aside, there is plenty to do at Lely Resort, Naples; so come and enjoy the best that Florida has to offer.

Membership to the Players Club is available. Club includes 2 pools, tiki bar, full spa services, fully equipped fitness center with personal training available. Aerobics and fitness classes are also available. Seven Tennis courts with a full service pro shop and pro tennis staff, basketball, kid's pool, arts and crafts, billiards, business center.   • "What a house" I strongly recommend this rental if you want a home away from home. The owners made us feel like part of the family. The place is beautiful inside and out. You can enjoy days by the inground pool or sit outside on the patio at night and look at the stars. Jerry

  • Great house! Very comfortable with every amenity. Time flew by as we felt like we were at home only surrounded by a beautiful pool & Hot Tub. This home takes advantage of the views and serenity of the area. It was fully equipped with everything one would need and had very comfortable mattresses. The master bedroom is away from the other 2 bedrooms and the office was great for the laptop I brought and had wireless internet that you could access anywhere in the home. The owner was very responsive about any requests and was knowledgeable of the area. In conclusion, a house worth renting for a wonderful vacation.

  • We stayed in this beautiful new home (we were the first to rent) over the Christmas holidays and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. It was the perfect home away from home. It had everything. From the moment we found the house on VRBO to the return of deposit cheque, I can only compliment the owners and their house, the service and their flexibility. I think the biggest compliment I can pay is when asked did the house need anything else, my answer was no. They really have thought of everything to make a home away from home. I would also highly recommend the Players Club membership. It has great facilities (Resort/Hotel like) and allows you to interact with locals and other holidaymakers. I can only wish the owners every success and hope to return one day.
