A perfect home and pet friendly (doggie) for a family get away with a maximum of 10 occupants. The downstairs is an open format with kitchen, dining and living rooms opening to each other. The two downstairs bedrooms are in the rear of the house allowing for quiet space for individuals who enjoy reading. The laundry room is also located downstairs. The kitchen has been updated with quality cooking equipment, microwave and dishwasher. Each level has a divided bathroom, perfect for busy mornings.
Upstairs is another separate bedroom, a bathroom, and a cozy loft which has two twin beds and day bed with pop up trundle accommodating 4. Games, puzzles and books have been selected for family entertainment. There are two TV's, one downstairs in the living room and one upstairs in the bedroom.
Great location, 10 minutes from Tahoe City and King's Beach, 5 minutes from the lake, 20 minutes to Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley and Northstar ski resorts, and 15 minutes to the Nevada state line.

Hi Sonia, Just wanted to say 'thanks' for the privilege of using your Tahoe cabin vrbo 156781 these last few days. It was absolutely perfect for us! There were so many things that I needn't have packed. Seems like you've got just about everything a vacationing family could want. The kids had a terrific time sledding on some of the neighborhood hills, Scott got in some skiing at Squaw and I almost finished the first book I've gotten to read in a long time! Hi Sonia, Happy New Year to you as well! We did get some snow during our visit which made for some great skiing! As for the house, it was perfect! We really enjoyed staying there and will likely look you up again when we're heading up to Tahoe. We enjoy cooking and sitting down with friends to eat, so the open kitchen and living/ dining room area was perfect for us. We played a bunch of the games in the house, vrbo 156781 and watched some movies, both of which are very nice touches for a rental house to have. The wireless internet was also an unexpected bonus at the last minute! Thanks again for renting to us and we'll be in touch if we're headed up to Tahoe. Bill McShane
