Located one street up from the main downtown streets, in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy views of Mt. Adams and the Columbia River Gorge from the Master bedroom. The beautiful yard is great for relaxing in solitude. The upstairs is carpeted and downstairs is original wood floors. The City of Hood River is located on the Columbia Gorge at the confluence of The Hood River. This area is a mecca of outdoor activity in the Pacific Northwest. The Columbia River Gorge region is a paradise rich with natural splendor. There is something here for everyone.
Windsurfers and Kite Boarders, Hood River has amazing sailing sites on the Columbia River.
Skiers and Snowboarders, you have your choices of Mt. Hood Meadows, Cooper Spur or Timberline. Or check out the snow parks along Hwy 35.
Golfers, Indian Creek Golf Course or Hood River Golf Course
Rock Climbers, there are a couple crags; fifteen to thirty minutes away. Smith Rock State Park, a world-class climbing destination, is two hours South.
Mountain Bikers, take a short ride to Post Canyon. This gorgeous area offers miles of trails, freestyle riding and stunt parks.
Cyclists, Mosier Tunnel Trail is free of motorized vehicles and has outrageous views of the Columbia River.
Skaters, there is a local free skate park off of Cascade st, across the street from Subway Sandwiches. Also the Mosier Tunnel Trail is a great down hill ride.

- Pet Friendly: A well behaved dog is negotiable with permission
- Kid Friendly: Children are welcome. The yard is great for kids, but not fully fenced, so please do not leave children unattended. The neighborhood is close to walk to town.
- Smoking Not Allowed: There is a fine for smoking in the house. Please do not smoke on any of the decks and please dispose of your butts. There is an additional cleaning fee for the cleaning person to pick up left behind butts!
