  We spend a week in Feb.in the Keys every year...relaxing with family and friends and watching the Super Bowl with the doors and windows open! Sitting in the living room certainly qualifies as having the best seats for viewing! This property is well represented on the site. A lovely house, in a quiet neighborhood...great layout and flow. Comfortable beds, excellent furniture and almost everything you need is waiting for you. I loved the Master Suite, with direct access onto the back deck. We spent much of our time in the mornings on the front deck...someone was always in the hammock! We spent every evening down on the back dock, sipping wine, grilling & chilling. Everything worked and Rose was easy to work with and returned the entire deposit in a timely fashion. If I had anything to add that wasn't followed by an exclamation mark, it would only be to be sure you stop and bring a few basics with you as we never found a large market for the big shopping we needed, in the area. We brought a few things for coffee and breakfast and then went down to Marathon (25 miles) the next day. You also need to bring your Air Card if you want to have computer access, as there is no Wi-Fi. I would recommend this property.

  Simply put, the nicest vacation property I've ever seen. The house itself is open and airy and welcoming, the decor is appropriately tropical and vacation-ey, the furniture and beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped - a great place. We also appreciated, and used, the list of recommended restaurants, attractions, grocery stores, etc. that Rose provided. And, the house was spotless when we got there. Overall, a great vacation; we look forward to returning.

  This really is a great house in the Keys. The house is even nicer than the photos show. It worked great for our group of 3 adults and two kids. The kids loved the loft bedroom! The dock is on a very clean canal with instant access to the gulf and very close access to the Atlantic side. Caloosa Cove marina is just across Hiway 1 for your fishing needs.

  This is the best way to describe Coco Palms. This is the nicest property we have stayed at in a long time. The home has all you need for a great vacation. The boat dock and easy bay access makes fishing and diving very easy. We really felt at home during our stay. We will be recommending your property to anyone that wants to visit Islamorada & the Fla. Keys. Conti Family - State College, PA.

  Our stay at CoCo Palms was great. Convenience factor for fishing put us right at the bay or ocean in just minutes. Enjoyed the laid back atmosphere of the clean well described house and location was perfect for those wanting to fish or just play in the keys. Will be back next year.

  We found Coco Palms to be as advertised and more. The size was perfect for our family of 5. This is the third spring we have traveled to Islamorada from SC and found this house to be the best. The dock was great and is close to boat ramps, fuel docks, etc. The unique aspect of this house is having access to the beach, which worked perfectly with a 14 year old and 2 11-year olds. Finally, the owner was great with communication and provided much more local information than most. Highly recommended.

  I'm happy that I was able to stay at Coco Palms with my daughters, 27,21 & 15 year olds, it gave us time to just get away and have girl time. The house was just as described, the owners thought about everything possible to make you comfortable. It was just like being home, away from home with a plus, the coconut palms in the back and fishing off the dock. We can't wait to return. Everything was perfect.
