Xanadu Villas are located across the street from the beach in Hilton Head Island. South Forest Beach is just a slow, five minute walk from your front door. The ivory sandy beach is 12 miles long and is great for walking, bike riding or just relaxing. The unit is in a secured building on the second floor with balconies in the front and back of the building. We have a king bed in the master bedroom, and 2 single beds in each of the other 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom while the other 2 bedrooms share a full and half bath. All linens are provided.
A $250 security deposit, $30 key exchange and $125 cleaning fee are required. The security deposit is returned after the unit is cleaned and as long as there is no damage.
