Xanadu Villas are located across the street from the beach in Hilton Head Island. South Forest Beach is just a slow, five minute walk from your front door. The ivory sandy beach is 12 miles long and is great for walking, bike riding or just relaxing. The unit is in a secured building on the second floor with balconies in the front and back of the building. We have a king bed in the master bedroom, and 2 single beds in each of the other 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom while the other 2 bedrooms share a full and half bath. All linens are provided.

We were very happy with our rental choice. I was almost skeptical that I found such a place in a great location for such an amazing price but there were no disappointments. Everything exceeded our expectations! The pictures were an exact representation of the condo. I was in a group with 3 adult couples. Two of the rooms had twin beds but we were okay with that and made it work. With 6 adults, we never felt crowded. The condo was very spacious and accomodating for our group. The location was wonderful for a quick walk to the beach. However, we also took advantage of the property offerings alot as well. There was a very nice little grilling/picnic area that we spent alot of time at cooking meals and getting to know our vacationing neighbors. The pool was also very nice. Everything we could need was provided right there in our condo. The owners even had beach chairs, carts, and an umbrella available in the closet for our use. The owners made our rental experience very easy and enjoyable. They even called shortly after our arrival to make sure that we had everything we needed and to answer any questions we might have. I would definitely consider first renting from these owners again when I come back! I hope this review is helpful to other possible renters.
