This lake house is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, on Lake Lure. Downstairs has a master suite with full bathroom, adjoining den with sleeper sofa, flat wall mounted TV. Another bedroom with 2 bunk beds(sleeps 4) is also located downstairs. Large deck off the master bedroom.
Upstairs has one bedroom with double bed, den with flat wall mounted TV/DVD, kitchen and dining area, as well as a full bathroom. There is a large deck upstairs, that runs the length of the house. Great views from every room. House sits high enough to provide great views of both the lake and mountains. Downstairs porch and deck also runs the length of the house and has a very private setting.
Boathouse, with large sun deck on top, provides great sunning and awesome views across the lake. It has lounge chairs and siting chairs. A 15 feet 6 inch, Old Town Canoe with paddles and life jackets is available. Ocean kayak and paddles. The deck has a gate for taking the long jump, off the deck, into the lake. |
