This two-story, five-bedroom home features a private beach on the Sail Bay side of Mission Bay. Perfect for up to five couples, every bedroom has a view of the bay. A gated patio opens onto the sand and is less than 50 feet from the water's edge. Meanwhile, the ocean and the vibrant Mission Beach boardwalk is less than a 1/4 mile away. The bay and the ocean are at your fingertips!
A private beach off the side of the house is also available for 24-hour use and offers exclusivity that cannot be found anywhere else -- it is the only private beach in California! All other bedrooms include king-size beds (one room has a queen), televisions and a unique decor that sets each room apart.
The master suite on the second floor has its own jacuzzi tub and a patio overlooking the bay with a great view of the nightly Sea World fireworks (just across the bay!).
Large windows throughout the house allow for plenty of natural light, and a spacious living room and kitchen make lounging around the house a luxury.
The covered patio just off the living room is the ideal setting for outdoor entertaining.
The driveway fits two to three cars and street parking is readily available.
