Location, Location, Location! This beautifully decorated 1,800 sf beach home is located in the heart of Melbourne Beach. It is within walking distance to shopping, parks, tennis courts, library and many other activities. The Melbourne Beach pier, located on the Indian River Lagoon, is just a couple blocks to our right and the beach itself is to our left only a short walk away! The beach is so close, you can hear the waves breaking while sitting on the front porch. Began your day watching the sunrise over the ocean and began your evening watching the sunset over the Indian River Lagoon!
Melbourne Beach, what a wonderful place to be! U.S. News & World Report (June 2007) says that "Melbourne Beach is a seaside town where you'll never lack for houseguests", "Wherever you stay in this town, you're not more than a block or so from the ocean or the river."
16 miles south, takes you to the famous Sebastian Inlet with all those great seafood establishments. North 20 miles takes you to the famous Port Canaveral/Cape Canaveral where cruise ships depart weekly and rockets depart regularly. Drive to the port, have a great lunch while watching all the boating activities, and before you leave, pick up some fresh shrimp to take back to the house! That's our family tradition!
The Melbourne airport is only 5 miles away. Orlando, just a little over an hours drive! And Kennedy Space Center only 35 miles away! You will find this home to be conveniently located to everything!
This home is elegantly decorated with an open floor plan all on one level. The master bedroom has a private bath. The 2nd bedroom has beautiful French doors opening out to the front porch. The sunroom is bright and relaxing. You'll want to have breakfast there every morning like we do when we are there. The back yard is private and fenced.
There are 2 Queen beds,and 2 large sofas and air matteress for those kids! The house has 5 TV's and beautiful ceiling fans throughout.

We enjoy our back yard. It's secluded and private. While sitting in our yard and enjoying the palm,oak & orange trees we sometimes hear the church chimes ringing from right around the corner. It is such a pleasant sound. It reminds us what a great little community Melbourne Beach really is. And there is almost always a breeze no matter what time of year it is.
