Why the Owner Chose Stateline
All of our homes are in Lake Village. This has to be the most convenient location in all of Tahoe. You can walk to the beach or the casinos and yet the National Forest is right across the street.
Lake Village features private town homes nestled into a 56-acre, heavily wooded mountainside dotted with granite boulders and pristine forest surroundings. We provide all the amenities of home, with all the extras of a true resort. Our private clubhouse is outfitted with a seasonally heated pool, hot tub and saunas, and features outdoor tennis and unlimited biking and hiking possibilities.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
All of our homes have 2 story vaulted ceiling great rooms, attached garages and parking for at least 4 cars. There are in-door private hot tubs as well as numerous TV's, VCR's, DVD players, and games such as foosball and board games.
Old time resort - great beach activities, horseback riding, snowmobiling, nice restaurant/cafe.

I grew up spending much of my summers on the beaches of Lake Tahoe and the slopes of Heavenly Valley. In high school I spent several weeks each summer hiking Desolation Wilderness and the Tahoe-Yosemite Trail. I could not imagine a better excuse for a business than to have vacation rentals in Lake Tahoe - Now I have to go to Tahoe every couple of months "whether I like it or not!". We hope we can share our Tahoe with you.

Good Morning Randy- I just wanted to let you know on behalf of everyone on our trip that we had a great time at the Cascade this weekend. The house was a great deal for the price we paid! The foosball table was in constant use by the guys and the living room area by us girls! Thanks to the DVD player in the living room, we were able to watch movies each night we were there. The guys brought their Playstation and had fun playing the video games on the TV in the loft area.

"Beautiful views, spacious house, luxury details and facilities" We had a great time with our group of 8 children and 4 adults. We loved the private hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped and there were games, videos, etc. to entertain the kids. We never felt crowded and we enjoyed the clubhouse and pool.
