Welcome to our 12-acre wooded property on Flathead River at the mouth of Flathead Lake. We have 135 feet of river frontage for you to enjoy that is steps from our cozy home. It is a 2 minute boat ride to open water on the lake or enjoy exploring the river from our shore. Bring your boat, water toys and even horses. Boat access with a launch is across our driveway and there are acres to explore on your horses.
The home is a cozy boutique 4-bedroom , 2-bathroom that is furnished to a cottage / cabin-style Pottery Barn-esque decor. I have many pictures, please ask to see our home and I will email them. Stay in the Flathead cherry orchard(queen master suite), the hunter's delight (double), the sunny day suite (queen) or the bunkhouse (bunks and twin) or relax in our lodge room with a good book, play Xbox or watch a good movie. You can cook up some yummy viddles in the gourmet kitchen supplied with everything but you food. At the end of the day you can also wash up your dirties in the laundry room. Soak your bones in the sunken tub and enjoy all our home has to offer for your vacation needs.
We also own a working farm and can accommodate groups to visit, whether it is collecting eggs from our layers, riding the shetlands or full-size horses or playing with the goats or feeding the Longhorn steer or hogs, we're a few minutes away from the cottage, come out for a spell and get what Montana is all about.
There are all the comforts of home in a wonderful playground of the natural setting of Montana. It is minutes to the quaint town of Bigfork and about fifteen minutes to Kalispell or Lakeside. You can be on the ski slopes in about 30 minutes at Blacktail or 45 minutes to Big Mountain.
