The Fairways at Mauna Lani is a luxury, gated community with exquisite town homes and resort style amenities, located in the prestigious Mauna Lani Resort along the Kohala Coast of Hawaii's Big Island. Our luxury townhome is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation! Mauna Lani Fairway Villas is located directly in between two world-class resorts: the Mauna Lani and the Fairmont Orchid. Each of these resorts is perched on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The Mauna Lani Beach, replete with white sand, clear blue waters, and the best weather Mother Nature can offer.
The Mauna Lani community is located just 20 minutes north of the Kona airport, and is blessed with beautiful weather, with 320 days of sunshine a year. This exclusive community is in a setting that rivals the finest country clubs and is surrounded by the Mauna Lani North Golf Course.
The main floor features a luxuriously furnished and spacious living room, dining room, kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The living room features a flat screen TV with DVD, and a stereo sound system.
The ground-floor, private lanai comes equipped with a stainless steel Viking propane barbecue grill perfect for enjoying the scenic view of the fairway.
Vaulted ceilings give the unit a feeling of spaciousness and grace. The condominium has its own full-size washer/dryer. Our villa is also air conditioned.
Both bedrooms are spacious and have their own connecting bathrooms. The beds are plush and comfortable. Each bedroom features its own flat screen TV and DVD player.
Our villa is steps from the complex's huge swimming pool (including a one-foot-deep wading pool for young children), spa, landscaped park, lava rock waterfall and hot tub, and fitness center. In addition we offer access to Mauna Lani Resort's private Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is on a protected bay with white sand and coconut palms. Relax for an afternoon of some of the best snorkeling on the island (all ocean gear can be rented seaside), lunch at the Beach Club Restaurant and Bar, and walk along beautifully restored Hawaiian fishing trails.
The Fairmont Orchid Hotel and beach is less than 1/2 mile away. Shopping at the "The Shops at Mauna Lani" (1/2 mile south) are a 5-10 minute walk from the villa. The Shops at Mauna Lani are a shopping oasis in the Mauna Lani Resort which offers upscale shops and restaurants including a gourmet market & deli, Tommy Bahama, Ruth Cris Steakhouse, and The Great 4-D Movie Ride.
The Villa is only a five minute drive to six award winning golf courses and the best beaches in Hawaii. It is a five minute drive to the Waikoloa Beach Resort, The Kings Shop's which includes upscale shopping and restaurants, and Queens Marketplace - a family friendly shopping, dining and entertainment complex.

The place is elegant and well cared for. The golf course view is stunning, and all you need for a great vacation is there. The private beach club has great snorkeling and a very nice restaurant. The grocery store is near-by and has most all you need. A fresh fish market is 10 minutes north, and the excellent b-b-que will cook it well. Thumbs up!

This was our third stay at your beautiful condo,and we enjoyed every minute! We especially like the location as it is so close to everything we enjoy and very comfortable. The service is professional and courteous and we look forward to returning to this oasis !

My friends and I spent two wonderful nights and three days here (even though we live in Kona) and had a great time. The condo is immaculate and extremely well furnished with everything you could possibly want. The pass access to the Beach Club was invaluable as it provided a lovely beach and cafe - what more could you want, snorkeling is excellent. The facility pool, spa and gym is also great value.

Very Zen!Great Lanai off master bedroom. What can i say, i was there all by self for 22 days. If they had a mini upstairs, i could have lived upstairs (18) The pla ce is is so well appointed, you feel spoiled as soon as you walk in. ALOHA
