Hospital and Shopping Are Within Five Miles of Unit. Also Close to 75 Thruway for Quick Access to Tampa in North or Fort Myers in South. The beach is 8 to 10 miles away.
If you are just realaxng everything you would want is no more than five miles in Lakewood Ranch community.

This is a fabuous condo furnished with a tropical Hemingway flair. The attention to detail makes you feel at home. The lanai looks onto a beautiful pool area surrounded by palm trees and lush vegetation. The club house on the other side of the pool area has a very well equiped gym to work off the the meals from the many restaurants in the area. A wide variety of stores are close by with the fabuolous Main Street at Lakewood Ranch containing many restaurants, clothing shops, specialty shops and a theater. Being situated near the 75 is excellent for getting to gulf side beaches, outlet malls and fabuous St. Armands Circle. The condo owner is very thoughtful and flexible. The unit was very clean and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable and memorable. When we arrived all we wanted to do was go out by the pool but realized we did not bring any beachtowels. As we opened the closet to put away our clothes, there on the shelf was a stack of beachtowels.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Very nice Condo. Tastefully decorated and extremely clean and well furnished. Unit faced the beautiful pool area. The Lanai area faced the pool, and the view was very tropical. Condo area grounds were very well maintained. Owner was very cooperative and pleasant to deal with. Minutes away from beautiful Lakewood Ranch.

Myself, my husband and our 15 year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed this lovely condo. I am very particularly about cleanliness and not only was this home spotless, it was beautifully decorated. The location is wonderful, right by the gorgeous pool and then there is Lakewood Ranch which is a great community with lots of shopping and restaurants. Thank you!!
