Spacious 2 bedroom, plus den with trundle bed,2 baths, lake view at Parkside, Estrella Mountain Ranch. The home easily accommodates six people and is great for families with older children, or adult couples.
This home is located at South Lake. The sunsets are spectacular. Parkside is within a mile of a highly rated Jack Nicklaus target course. A second golf course as you approach Estrella is very enjoyable for relaxed golfing at a lower fee.
All three sleeping rooms have new mattresses, pillows and bedding.The master bedroom is spacious, with an enclosed shower, tub, double sinks, private commode, and walk in closets. The king bed has side tables on each side and wall hung lamps as well.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The room is in a western theme with bedside table, lamp, and tall cabinet. The closet has a California closet insert.
The den also with a closet, contains a sleeper that some call a trundle bed, which can be made up for a king or two twins. There is also a desk and chair in the room.
The entire home has been recently redecorated with new porcelain tile and paint. The kitchen is thoroughly equipped with new glass top stove, microwave, dishwasher, sxs refrigerator with ice maker. The double car garage has storage on two walls and a small freezer. There is plenty of room for golf carts, tennis rackets, etc.

We stayed in this lovely home for two weeks in January of 2009 and truly enjoyed our time in the Estrella area. The home was comfortable and the owners were so very pleasant and helpful to us that we are returning next year. Don't hesitate on this one. Great people, great home and great location. Perfect place to vacation in Arizona.

This was our first time vacation rental and we expect to rent the home again.. We enjoyed the house. It is very comfortable and nicely located. The owners have nicely landscaped the front and patio areas. The patio, to us, is the selling point. A great place to relax and cook out or play cards. It has a relaxing view of a park and a lake. There is also a hot tub that can be access from the master suite. There are two lakes which are connected by a walk way. A walk that include both lakes is three miles. Shopping, banking and restaurants are easily accessable by car. As are Phoenix tourist attractions .There are two golf courses close by. One is within a mile of the house. Traffic on I-10 is usually heavy so look for alternative routes to access the downtown areas. All in all a great place to be during the winter season

WOW! We could not have imagined how pristine, comfortable and relaxing this location was. It was only outdone by the consideration shown to us by the owners and their attention to detail and respect for our privacy. It was truly a gift that we found this house. Look no further, you have found the perfect home for a getaway.

WE had the pleasure of renting this accomodation in February and found it to be a lovely home, great amenities and very well managed. It was so nice to wake each morning to the view of the park and lake, also the nights were quiet and the master bed was amazingly comfortable. If you are looking for a clean, quiet, scenic locations this is something I would recommend. We had a small problem which was managed that day! Thanks so much for the rental of this lovely house.

The Unique Benefits at this House:
We enjoy the unique view, especially of the sunsets, but also the surrounding mountains and valley. There is a wonderful view of South Lake from the patio. We enjoy having the private park almost in our backyard, and the three plus mile walking path is ideal for keeping in shape. While not a cul-de-sac, the road in front has limited access, and is therefore not heavily traveled, and is extremely quiet after nine o'clock at night
