This beautiful unit is over 900 square feet and features a wood burning fireplace, jetted tub in your large bath and all the convenience you would expect in a luxury condo.
You can put on your ski boots, pick up your skis from the ski locker by the door, and walk about 300 yards to the lift. An indoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna are right outside your door. The courtyard features a gas firepit, a gas grill and heated sidewalks. The new owners spent over a year looking at property all over Colorado in search of the perfect location. After finding this condo they had it redecorated to create the ultimate alpine getaway. No pets please. MAXIMUM 2 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN.

This is an excellent location, an easy walk to the lifts at the Mountain house base. You can leave your car in the heated underground parking and access the resort using the free shuttle buses.

Great Condo, Great View!

Our family loved this cozy condo during our Spring break ski vacation. The location in Mountain House is ideal. It is quiet, a true 5-minute walk to the Peru Lift in ski boots, with a wonderful view of the ski runs, a beautiful little stream and walkway bridge. Exactly the view you hope for when you heading to the mountains! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a great meal each evening. And, it's close enough to the lifts that we just walked over for lunch as well. It's fun to have lunch on the mountain but it can be crazy expensive - we saved so much money by enjoying our meals at the condo! We enjoyed our own ski locker for all of our gear, a nice pool and hot tub in the building next door, a DVD player for movies, plenty of fluffy towels and a comfy bed. The owner was wonderful to work with before, during and after our stay. If you are looking for a cozy, clean, nicely decorated and very large one-bedroom condo, this is a great one! P.S. This would be a great condo in the summer!!!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
