Bainbridge Island has much to offer...as it is only 35 minutes by ferry to downtown Seattle and Pike Market. You can walk onto the ferry and walk off...and you are in downtown Seattle...it doesn't get much better!!
Bainbridge has many restaurants, pubs, art galleries, shops, Marina Districts, gardens and activities...art and garden tours, bike tours, hiking and walks, kayaking...etc. We love it here! Come and visit us!!
This gorgeous 5,500 sq. ft., adult oriented, custom home was built in 2000. In 2006, it was completely and professionally decorated with new furnishings from Pottery Barn and zGallerie and has top of the line amenities. The home is situated on a large grassy lot with breath-taking views of the Pudget Sound and Seattle.
This home sleeps six very comfortably with a master suite featuring a cozy cal-king bed with 500 thread count sheets, a fireplace and TV. The master bedroom features endless views of Seattle. In the master bath, there is a Jacuzzi tub that over looks Seattle and a stone shower with dual-shower heads and a walk-in closet with built-ins. The second bedroom is oversized and has a comfy cal-king bed, walk-in closet and seating area to curl up and enjoy your favorite book. The third bedroom has a queen bed with faux fireplace and a walk-in closet.
Downstairs features a gorgeous family room with picturesque views of Seattle. It features oversized new sofas, a leather ottoman, TV/DVD/VCR, and an automatic fireplace with marble accents. The family room is open to a custom kitchen with granite countertops, top of line appliances and amenities even the fussiest of all cooks would enjoy.
There is nothing like sipping your morning coffee at the large kitchen table and watching the ferries come and go.
Open the kitchen slider to an open deck with patio furniture and a stainless steel BBQ. The patio overlooks the sound and big grassy area. You are steps away from your own private beach. You can see so much wildlife here: seals, birds, deer, crabs, geese, otters, foxes, raccoons and an occasional orca whale.
Downstairs also has an office with high speed wireless DSL connection and a color fax/copy machine just in case you have to do business.
There is also a furnished living room so grab a book and curl up on the couch. The two car garage has direct access to the house. The third level (basement) features an entertainment center with DVD/VCR, videos, games, ping pong table and hours and hours of FUN!
