This beautiful, three bedroom, two bath villa is located in a quiet residential community, Indian Ridge Oaks, which allows privacy, but, with the added benefit of being no more than a ten minute drive to Disney's Main Gate and all the major attractions. All your local shopping needs are just minutes away, which include 24 hour supermarkets, fast food outlets, and restaurants.
This spacious, air-conditioned villa has a large living room, with comfortable sofas, side tables, coffee table, cable TV, and VCR. The dining room seats six and is conveniently located between the kitchen and the living room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and walk-in closet, plus it's own en suite bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed and Bedroom #3 has two twin beds. Both rooms come with extra large closets, a bureau, and TV. A full-size bathroom serves these guests. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped with all major appliances, including built-in stove (cooker), dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and waste disposal unit. No Smoking allowed.
The washer and dryer can be found in the utility/game room which contains a pool table and video games for your entertainment. Since the villa is located on a corner lot, the beautiful screened-in pool and deck are a superb place to relax after a fun-filled day in the Florida sun; or can be lit, for late night swims. Additionally, for a minimal fee, the pool can be heated.
