The kitchen is a full gourmet kitchen with all the utensils including a built in gas range, built in stainless steel refrigerator, double decker oven surrounded by granite counter tops, a bay window with yet another beautiful mountain view. Directly off the kitchen is seating for six with another table for an additional six. There is also seating at the bar for 2. Additional tables and chair are provided upon request.
Off the kitchen are 2 quiet living rooms with gas fireplace in the center, patio access and television. On this floor also are two bedrooms, one with twin bed and trundle pull out the other with two bunk beds with twins on top and doubles below. These bedrooms each have their own full bathrooms, one bedroom with a very large & spacious closet.
The next floor down from this one is the next large living room complete with wet bar, large gas fireplace, half bath and 65" television. This room along with the entire house is equipped with surround sound, hide-a-bed queen size sectional sofa, wet bar and yet another private deck which is very expansive and looks out over the valley. This floor is the master bedroom with its own private gas fireplace, large screen television, king and twin beds, walk in closet, private master bathroom with on demand temperature settings in the shower, steam room, jacuzzi bath tub, his and hers basins with bay windows overlooking the forest for a relaxing bath. The shower is complete with a steam room in the shower.
The next floor down from this are two additional bedrooms, both queen size beds with access to the back patio where you will find the hot tub on yet one more private expansive deck overlooking the valley and filtered Heavenly Valley views. These bedrooms are also where you will find the sauna. So relaxing after a day of skiing or playing in the water during the summers.
The house is about 6-7 minutes from downtown South Lake Tahoe, the lake and the casinos. There are taxis and private shuttles that will take you to and from the house for very little. This house is NOT on any type of shuttle or bus route.
This house is ideal for the weekend getaway of skiing in the winter and relaxation in the summer.
