Enjoy the incredible location of this 1,800 square foot townhome. Situated just a two minute walk above Main Street with all the shopping, dining and galleries you could want, but still on a quiet dead end street that backs up to open space. Take a walk up the street and you'll find solitude and single track hiking. The warm living area with a beautiful gas fireplace, looks out onto the snow covered mountain side. The completely renovated designer gourmet kitchen has granite counters with full granite back splash and new stainless appliances. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen is stocked with Henckel knives, Calphalon cookware and Joseph Abboud dinner ware. The round modern Scandinavian dining table expands to seat six. All the furnishings in the space are brand new and impeccably clean.

Newly renovated bathrooms, both guest and master, feature granite top vanities with natural stone throughout. You'll feel like you're in a luxurious spa. The Master bath shower spoils you with double shower heads and a bench to sit and relax. We've also added skylights in the bathrooms to give warm, natural light.

The master bedroom has a custom King size bed with a Memory foam mattress and great views out the floor to ceiling window. One of the guest bedrooms features a new platform queen size bed with Novaform memory mattress and a great view onto the hillside. The third guest room has a queen size bed with a Pillowtop mattress and more views. Every bedroom has 26" HD LCD television so you get the privacy and relaxation of a hotel room.

It's only a five minute drive to both Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley. Or walk down the street to the free shuttle and bus to Park City Mountain Resort, door-to-resort is also only five minutes without the hassle of parking. The single car garage is big enough for your car/SUV with plenty of space for whatever gear you may bring. Additional parking in the driveway is available for a second car. Parking in Old Town is at a premium. So leave your car and walk the block to Main St. night life with NO worries!

  • We just stayed at this lovely place over Presidents Day weekend and loved it! The location is terrific and very close to all the restaurants. We skied Deer Valley which was only 5 mins away. The condo was very nice and warm. The kitchen was well equipped as we made a BIG breakfast every morning. The flat screen TVs and comfortable beds in each room were terrific! I would rent again for sure!

  • This is a perfect space. It was convenient to walk to resturaunts, etc. on Main street and close to the shuttle for skiing. It has all the comforts you want and excellent style. The fireplace is warm and the memory foam bed gave me a superb nights rest. I would definately stay here again.

  • One word - Spectacular! The ammenities, features, and decor are beyond 4 star. The location is ideal with a perfect walk into town. We are coming back.
