  This condo is the perfect location for anyone that wants to show up and ride mountain bikes on PC's incredible trail systems. Not to mention when you are finished you can walk to main street in minutes for your choice of dining, unless you want to order in and just relax in the confines of the condo after a relaxing hot tub. The beds are comfortable and the decor is very modern. For those looking for Winter digs this would also be a good spot for skiing either DV or PC since the bus system is available a few hundred feet from the front door. I would stay here again!!!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities.

  I recently stayed in this gorgeous townhome on a family/friend vacation. First, it was in the best location you could ask for in Park City. We were within walking distance (short walk) to all of the best restaurants, bike shops, art galleries....you name it. That said, it is not right in the middle of main street, allowing some privacy and quiet time. Upon entering, I was immediately pleased with the calming and relaxing feel in this home. The decor was beautiful, and the floorplan allowed for gathering on the main floor kitchen/family room, and escape in the bedrooms upstairs. The bedrooms all had beautiful bedding, and AMAZINGLY comfortable beds. This was such a welcome surprise! We like to cook when traveling, so the fullly stocked kitchen was also a treat. The master bathroom had a huge tub, and a separate shower with two heads and bench to sit and soak/steam. The second bathroom also had an oversize tub. After a hard day of hiking and biking in Park City, giant sized tubs and showers were just what everyone needed. I loved this place, and can't wait to go back. It was absolutely perfect!

  Location is great!! New kitchen and bathrooms are also great!! Place was FILTHY!!! Carpet had stains all over. Screens had holes. Dead bugs in window sills. Spider webs inside and out. Bedroom furniture was old and nasty. TV in master bedroom was the size of a bathroom TV. We would NOT stay here again. We love Park City but will look for a clean place next time.

  Owner response: Seen on the reviews below, every guest who has stayed here has enjoyed this property ! Upon identification of, for example, a hole in a screen, we had all the screens repaired. Spent a lot of time communicating with these guests to ensure satisfaction, but they were unsatisfiable. Had hot tub drained and refilled specifically for their stay, moved furniture around- as a successful company serving countless CEO's and high end lux clientele, one occasionally comes across a group that just can never be happy no matter how many times a week you come over to try to satisfy their every need.Would never rent to them again and we are so greatful for all of those clients who have loved the home before them, and all those who will continue to love it !

  This home is so well cared for, incredible location, top of the line finishes ! Our stay was really fantastic and the staff who greeted us on site with a welcome basket really put it over the top ! We will definitely be back !

  We stayed for a week. A helpful man met us at the place to let us in and show us around. It is clean and conveniently located on a quiet street. The decor is appealing. It feels private and spacious. I'd say here again but the place could use a little attention. When we arrived there were dead spiders in the bathtubs, burned out lightbulbs, kaput batteries... Maybe it hadn't been rented for a while. They could also use a curtain on the door to the master bedroom balcony to block out the light. Overall it's very nice, though. We enjoyed our stay.

  We just stayed at this lovely place over Presidents Day weekend and loved it! The location is terrific and very close to all the restaurants. We skied Deer Valley which was only 5 mins away. The condo was very nice and warm. The kitchen was well equipped as we made a BIG breakfast every morning. The flat screen TVs and comfortable beds in each room were terrific! I would rent again for sure!

  Fantasic Place- beautifully decorated, great ameneties (Lots of towels, sheets, extra blankets!), kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Great to be so close to Main Street

  This is a perfect space. It was convenient to walk to resturaunts, etc. on Main street and close to the shuttle for skiing. It has all the comforts you want and excellent style. The fireplace is warm and the memory foam bed gave me a superb nights rest. I would definately stay here again.

  One word - Spectacular! The ammenities, features, and decor are beyond 4 star. The location is ideal with a perfect walk into town. We are coming back.
