I have a $750,000 spacious 1500 square foot, two bedroom, two bath, glassed in condo with balcony, living room, diningroom, kitchen, master bedroom & bath overlooking a new $400,000 pool, the fly bridges of the yachts, the yacht club, beach, ocean,an island, oceanfront, ocean view. The condo has been decorated for $50,000 in a nautical marine theme, including dolphin statues, mermaid fountain, with all amenities.
I also have a $500,000 Townhouse that is behind the condo and overlooks a pool, Chiki and lake and is three stories with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and just spent 50,000 to remodel it with flat screens etc.

The complex is within walking distance to everything: Dolphin Plus ( Swim with the dolphins ), Key Largo Fishery ( Great Catch ), Calypso ( Best She Crab Soup ), Tugboat ( garden Dining, Great Conch ), Pilot House ( Nice Decor ) , Tiki Bar ( Fun Place overlooking the Marina ) restaurants, the marina, Holiday, Ramada, Dive, Snorkel, Glass Bottom Boat, Casino Boat, New Jacobs Pool with the pirate ship and water canons, New Key Largo free Skate Board park, basketball, tennis, hand ball, walking and biking trails etc.. The rent from the week after Easter to the week before Christmas is $695.The rent is $895 / week from after New Years to the week before Easter, $995 for Easter week, Mini Lobster season week (last Wed & Thur Of July), Christmas, New years. The rent is $895 / week Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving week. The cleaning fee for the Condo is $75 plus a $200 security deposit. No smoking no pets, first come first serve.
