Beautiful Condo + Great Location!

We recently stayed in the condo while partaking in a workshop downtown Toronto. The location was great and in walking distance to everywhere we needed to be, and the condo was absolutely beautiful...more than we had anticipated from the photos! Rob was really great to deal with and very speedy with his email replies. The condo was immaculate, and had everything we could have needed to feel at home for the week. Stylish, chic, spacious (lots of room for 4 adults), and a great view of the city...we didn't want to leave!! We will return the next time our travels take us to Toronto.

Eine bessere und schönere Unterkunft hätten wir in Toronto nicht finden können! Wir haben alles genauso vorgefunden, wie es im Inserat beschrieben worden ist. Die Wohnung ist super geschmackvoll eingerichtet und war vorbildlich sauber. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Wir waren kaum in Restaurants und haben abends meistens selbst gekocht, da es viel gemütlicher war. Der Blick aus dem Fenster ist spektakulär, vor allem nachts. Die Wohnung ist ein wirkliches Zuhause in der Fremde. Die Vermieter Rob and Dave haben wir nicht persönlich getroffen, aber in der Vorbereitung der Reise habe ich Rob als super netten und hilfsbereiten E-Mail-Partner kennen gelernt. Diese Wohnung würden wir jederzeit wieder mieten!

Perfect Penthouse

As stated before this Penthouse has everything you could possibly need. My daughter and her boyfriend even made use of the gym in the building but we did not have time to use the swimming pool. My husband enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings looking out over the city. We walked to the Eaton Centre and the Royal Ontario Museum although the TTC subway station was only a short walk away when we went further afield. Would stay here again if we came back to Toronto.

Fantastic Condo

We stayed here for a week in May and have nothing but good things to say! The penthouse is beautiful with everything you could possibly want. When we arrived it was a bit dull so Chris, the neighbour bought round a lovely flowering plant to brighten up the place. The views are stunning, particularly at night. Rob and Dave - thank you!

This condo is great. Stylishly decorated and extremely clean. Well located for travel by foot and it has a great view of the city.

Rob and Dave have created a very comfortable yet stylish and hip condo space. Every detail is perfectly executed. My brother, his wife and myself spent Christmas in the condo and we were able to easily cook a full Christmas dinner for 6 in the kitchen which literally lacked nothing. The bedrooms and the beds were comfortable and there was no city noise from 20 floors below. The two bathrooms were beautiful and spa-like. The view was incredible with the full skyline, lake and islands. My mother, who came for Christmas dinner, is in a wheelchair and there was no problem with accessibility. The info book for the condo that the owners created made using any of the amenities, appliances or tv a breeze. There is only praise that we can give to this space and to the owners. Thank you!

The apartment was just what we were looking for. The owners were there to greet us and gave us a tour of the apartment and how the equipment worked. They even set up our laptop for WiFi. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the fridge/cupboards well stocked and the shower in the ensuite was fantastic. The view from the apartment over to the CN Tower was stunning and a joy to see every morning. We didn't use any of the local restaurants but did order in a take away one evening, which was excellent. Only one disappointment - our UK DVD's did not work in the North American DVD player. We would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a base in Toronto who require a high standard of accommodation and do not want to hire a car. Downtown Toronto was only a 15 minute walk.

Had a great time in Toronto , made even better for staying at this apartment, which has great views and a good location to most attractions and the Village. It was nice to have a vacation rental that has a fully equipped kitchen - lacking in nothing! The apartment was comfortable and quiet and the convenience store in the building was very handy! Also, was very impressed by the 'Welcome Information Pack', which tells you everything you need to know from operating the TV/DVD - to where the supermarkets and health centres were. Only one tiny gripe - the Dvd player is in the bedroom so it made it difficult to select the menu as one has to keep coming into the living room to view the tv for each step! I fully recommend this apartment!

My trip to Toronto was wonderful mostly because of the mid century inspired design of my living space, centrally located in the village. This apartment has everything (even a great little convience store) in the basement, we Floridians don't have such things. Don't miss out on the light in the faucet at the kitchen sink, a great feature. Thanks to Rob and David my trip was perfect!
