Concrete and Marble Construction Built in 1998, this immaculate high class villa has everything you need for a peaceful relaxing vacation. Swim in your private kidney-shaped pool complete with built-in lights for night swimming - or - step 30 feet from the pool and swim in the Ocean Bay. Barbecue by the pool, or cook your own gourmet meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. A full bar awaits you including blender to whip up some ice cold Margaritas. The fun, custom, dining table seats ten people.
The ocean is out one door and the mountains are out the other. The roof-top deck is perfect for great views of whale watching. Watch or participate in the boating in the quaint marina a 2 minute walk away. The house and carport areas are fully gated. Maid service is also included. A Chef is on call if you're intested. This villa is stocked with every thing imaginable to fulfill your vacation needs.
You have it all in La Cruz. You have the peace and quiet of your own villa right on the ocean, yet centrally located between all the popular hot spots to visit. The Puerto Vallarta Airport is only 20 minutes away. Authentic Mexican shopping/dining is a block away in La Cruz. You can also hit other nearby towns via a short bus or boat ride or drive. The city bus stop for all these places is just 2 blocks away.
La Cruz is a great "central" location, as it is midway between Puerto Vallarta to the south (20 minutes away), and Punta Mita to the north (20 minutes away). Punta Mita is home to the famous Jack Nicklaus signature designed golf course and the exclusive Four Seasons Hotel complex. Other nearby towns include Bucerias with great authentic Mexican restaurants and shopping, or Nuevo Vallarta and Marina Vallarta - plush Marina areas.
