We built this fabulous home in the Las Tunas neighborhood of Todos Santos to share with friends, family and you. The home is now complete, fully furnished and ready for weekly rentals.
Todos Santos is a unique, desert oasis on the Tropic of Cancer, nestled amongst ancient orchards of mango and palm, with spectacular views overlooking its white sand beaches and the Pacific Ocean. The town is located on a mesa to the west of the Sierra de La Laguna mountain range, equidistant between the resort cities of Cabo San Lucas to the south and La Paz to the northeast.

- Outdoor kitchen, patio lounges and other patio furniture as well as other owner amenities are available. Master bedroom has a king bed and full bath with double sinks and a walk in shower. The upstairs consists of two bedrooms (one with a king bed, one with 2 queen beds), a full Jack & Jill bath with double sinks and a walk in shower. Both upstairs bedrooms have French doors that open to a large outdoor patio with lounge chairs.

Rate Details (In US Dollars Only)
October-April ... $200 per night / $1150 per week / $1900 per month
May-June ... $140 per night / $900 per week / $1600 per month
July-September ... $100 per night / $650 per week / $1200 per month
Holidays - Christmas, New Years, Easter ... $300 per night / $2100 per week
Add 10% tax & $90 maid fee per stay. Monthly renters pay for utilities &
manditory cleaning every 2 weeks. A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to
reserve the home. The remainder of the fee and a separate $500 refundable
security deposit is required at least 30 days prior to your arrival.

Why the Owner Chose Todos Santos
We chose Todos Santos because of it laid back and casual lifestyle. Although we would have loved to have built on an oceanfront property, we didn't because of environmental issues. Todos Santos has some of the most beautiful and pristine sand dunes you could find in such proximity to a developed area. The dunes are a critical habitat for certain species, most notoriously they serve as nesting grounds for some endangered sea turtle species. Additionally, the dunes serve the purpose of protecting the land against potential ravages by storm waves from the sea during major storms and hurricanes. Building on the dunes not only puts the community at risk, but disrupts the normal nesting habits of endangered Olive Ridley and Leatherback turtles that nest on our beaches.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home is easy. It is small enough to be low maintenance, yet plenty large to be extremely comfortable. Multiple French doors open to outdoor living spaces which give the home an open, airy and big feel. Town is 2.5 miles away and offers fantastic food, entertainment and art. Los Cerritos beach is a short 15 min. drive away and offers great surfing, swimming, food and entertainment. When we feel like some chaos, we can be in Cabo within an hour and a half. Great ocean and mountain views. Incredible whale watching. Marvelous sunsets. Lovely people ...

We are a family from Lake Oswego, Oregon. We have been traveling to the Baja area for ages, and knew that one day we would like a second home there. We fell in love with Todos Santos. We build our home here in 2007.
