No shortcuts in this home, nothing but travertine and hardwood floors throughout with imported granite kitchen countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Recently added are 32 HDTV in guest bedrooms, 3 new DVD players, 42" HDTV in Master and living room with HD dvd players, 46" HDTV and HD dvd player in den/bedroom and 17" flat screen in kitchen. BEST OF ALL....a new Xbox 360 with wireless controllers and a variety of fun games!
The first floor has two bedrooms including a wet bar and bathroom. The first bedroom has two double bunks, which is perfect for a kids room! The recreation/bedroom has a queen bed as well as a queen sofa sleeper and opens directly on to the first floor balcony, with the splash pool and access to the beach.
If you don't want to walk up the stairs to the main living room and second floor bedroom, just take the elevator! The second floor provides a gourmet kitchen and a wonderful living/dining room with a queen sofa sleeper, opening on to your private beach front balcony, with fantastic breathtaking views of the gulf! There also is a guest bedroom with two twin beds and bathroom.
The master suite is on the top third floor, which also is accessible via the elevator, opens to a private beachfront balcony, to enjoy the gentle breezes and the magnificent sunsets! The master suite includes a king bed, a chair and ottoman to relax and read. The master bathroom will pamper you with a whirlpool tub a separate shower and two sinks! The second master third floor bedroom contains a queen size bed and a private bath.
Frangista beach is a little community of single homes with private beach walk downs for other community owners. One street back is the beautiful large swimming pool, whirlpool and bath houses for relaxing and lounging or just for cooling off from the beach. You can walk to everything from here! Within a block you can rent little dune buggies and scooters, buy bait for fishing or stop at the gourmet wine shop with fabulous delicacies! Don’t forget the "Bad Ass" coffee shop next to the wine store plus restaurants and shopping within walking distance as well.
