The covered lanai is an extension of the great room living area with pocket sliders that completely open to make the outdoors and indoors one. Sit in the great room and watch the wildlife and the colorful garden and canal scene while listening to the tranquil splash of your own waterfall.

The huge, cathedral-ceilinged great room and kitchen area, opening to the lanai, provide the focus for the most comfortable living possible. The separate master suite - on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms - has direct access to the lanai/pool area. The bedroom wing has a pool bath and sliding doors to the pool - near the hot tub and waterfall. Open to the screened pool/lanai area, these two bedrooms can stay open in temperate weather for the most relaxing tropical rest.

This is a very comfortable, exquisitely designed and immaculately maintained seasonal, monthly or weekly getaway. Completely furnished and tastefully decorated, you'll enjoy comfort, quiet and fun during your stay.

Boat rentals are easily arranged or trailer your own boat to a nearby public boat ramp. Enjoy some of the best boating, including sailing, in the world. Excellent fishing - right from your own dock!

We ask for 50% of the rental to hold the date with the total balance due including damage deposit not less than 30 days prior to your arrival. Your dates will be guaranteed when your deposit and signed rental agreement are received.

You may cancel with 30-day notice (or more) and receive a refund, less 15% of the reservation deposit, if we are able to re-rent the property for the same period. If we are unable to re-rent, the full amount prepaid will be forfeited. Cancellation with less than 30-day notice will not be eligible for refund.

We do collect a damage deposit that is fully refundable ($500 per rental period). Also we must collect a cleaning fee ($125 for rental period),$60.00 weekly electric fee and governmental fees (11% of rental rate) that are non-refundable. The deposit and fees are paid 30 days before check-in.
