This beautiful three bedroom, three bath condo sleeps 8-10 and is on the top floor with vaulted ceilings. Located in the Red Hawk Lodge in River Run Village of Keystone with fantastic ski views and all the comforts of home, and only 75 yards away from the new gondola!
Red Hawk Lodge is one of the newest buildings in River Run Village and provides quick access to all the village activities; Starbucks, the lift ticket office, Keystone ski school, River Run child care center, Inxpot, River Run shops and Restaurants are all right there. Hit the slopes early and avoid the crowded parking lot by walking directly to the River Run gondola from your unit! Beginning the 2008 ski season the gondola will be right off your balcony.
Relax your muscles after a day of skiing or snowboarding in one of the two Red Hawk Lodge hot tubs and heated swimming pool. Or soak in the privacy of the jetted tub in the first master suite, which also offers a comfy king bed and direct balcony access.
This spacious unit boasts vaulted ceilings, beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and hardwood floors.
Watch the action on the mountain from the huge balcony offering spectacular ski views of Keystone! Or spend time with the family playing one of our board or card games, assembling a puzzle or reading a book.

Mid-week laundry is a snap with the in-unit washer and dryer.
Keystone offers close access to restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater and shopping. You can spend your whole trip without leaving the village with all that is available. The Silverthorne outlet mall is just a few miles away and has great shops like Banana Republic, J. Crew, Ralph Lauren, Nike and Coach.
Red Hawk Lodge also offers a Gym, Sauna and lounge/pool table room downstairs. Bring your laptop, we provide FREE Internet access.
Ample heated underground parking means easy access to your vehicle and no scraping ice off your windshield.
Check-in is easy with a full-service, on-site staff in Keystone. Discounts on rental equipment and multi-day lift tickets available.
The FREE shuttle will take you to other nearby ski areas, including Breckenridge, Arapaho Basin, and Copper as well as local shops.

Why the Owner Chose River Run, Red Hawk Lodge
LOCATION,LOCATION,LOCATION,Summit County, where Keystone is, has it all. We started snowboarding about 15 years ago and even got engaged at the top of Copper Mountain. We try to make at least three trips to the mountains each year and hope to add a fourth trip in the summer once our boys are old enough to do more activities with us. We’ve been to most mountains in Colorado and several in Utah, but always come back to Summit County. We love how there are 4 ski resorts within a few miles’ drive that appeal to all levels of skiers and riders, the shopping, spas and activities for people who want a day off the mountain and the family-friendly atmosphere that still has plenty of grown-up appeal. 7 ski mountains if you extend the range to 30 miles. We also love the quick drive on mostly interstate roads from the Denver international airport.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We love how our condo is in the River Run village with all the restuarants, shops and so close to the gondola. It’s so convenient to be able to walk just a few yards in the morning to get to the mountain, especially when we have two young children and everyone’s ski gear! In the evenings we like to drive down to Dillon to one of the local restaurants for dinner, order food in or eat at one of the many places walking distance in the village, then relax in the hot tub or sit on the balcony and watch the night skiing. My wife always finds a few hours for the outlet mall which is just a few miles down the road and has some of her favorite stores. Every morning we walk down to get coffee, then watch the mountain report while we get everyone into their snow gear, and we still are normally on one of the first gondolas each morning so we can hit the track-free snow.

In the other keystone village there are more shops and resturants to visit as well as an ice skating rink in the winter and lake in summer with various activities. There is a free shuttle that travels

My wife and I, our two sons and two dogs love the outdoors! When the weather is warm at our home we enjoy swimming, wakeboarding, water skiing and almost any activity that lets us spend time outside together. We don’t get many opportunities to take family vacations so we try to make the most of them and ensure we pack as much fun and activity into every trip together.
