The address is Via Nicola Fabrizi n° 1.
If you visited the maps web sites and inserted the address you could have a correct idea about its good location. This area’s very quite and very safe at night too.

From there, the heart of Trastevere (Santa Maria in Trastevere Church) can be easy reached with a short down walk (5 minutes).
In the opposite side, walking up distance. you can reach the famous Gianicolo (one of the seven hills of Rome) to enjoy the view of the wonderful landscape over Rome.
Trastevere, located on the right bank of the Tiber river, is a distinguishing artists old quarter, very typical, full of many kind of shops (restaurants, pubs, bars, pizza shops, artists shops, antique store, pharmacy, grocery, supermarkets etc.) and just crossing the bridge, you can reach the most important historical sites of the City.
The name Trastevere comes from Latin language (Trans-Tiber) and means "just after the Tiber".
In fact, in the old past, the City ended up the left bank of the Tiber.
Also many bus stops on Viale Trastevere to go everywhere.
Anyway, living Trastevere it’s a very good and interesting experience.

Also, on the 4° floor of the same building, there’s an other similar apartment available.

    • What can you say about perfection? Well, first let's start with Toni. Only a few words come to mind...Great, great and great. He is warm, helpful and considerate to your needs. I could go on & on about this man's fine character and a true gentleman...but you get the jist. The apartment, you can't ask for a better one...extremely clean, sleeps 3 to 5 comfortably, very nicely furnished and just off the hustle bustle of Trastevere, yet close enough (a 5 minute walk to Santa Maria di Trastevere) to everything that should be important to anyone wanting to see this fabulous eternal city. I could never do enough justice in describing this wonderful apartment, the location or the person who put it all together for me...my new friend Toni. Finally, I wouldn't even think of coming to Rome again without contacting him for my accommodations (and I come to Rome at least once a year). Simply the best...period.

    • My parents and I stayed in the apartment the last week of May 2009. The property is in an excellent location, spacious, and spotless. Tony, the owner of the property, is a delight. He could not have been more helpful in arranging the stay, as well as providing information, maps, etc. on the area and Rome in general. The apartment is located in a complex, so security is good. The neighborhood feels safe, and there are several quality restaurants, an internet cafe, and local shops just down the hill. The local bus stop is directly across the street. Highly recommended.

    • We would reccommend this apartment. We were a family of 4 and it was very quiet and roomy. It is away from center city so we used the bus system. Thanks again to Tony for his hospitality.

    • We stayed in the wonderful apartment in Late June. Rome was very hot and we were grateful for the air conditioning. Toni and his housekeeper Bonella were great hosts. They really went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The apartment was very comfortable and it sure beats staying in a single hotel room. I was a bit hesitant at first about the location since it is not in the central part of rome but it turns out the bus stop is just around the corner and you can take the bus 44 or 75 to central rome in around 10 minutes. The neighborhood we stayed in is the older part of Rome and is very charming and has many good resturants and the view from the hills a short walk from the apartment is great at night. A very romantic walk for couples. Thanks Toni for a great place. We will surely return if we are ever back to Rome!

    • This was a perfect apartment for our needs, in a fabulous location. We are a family of 2 adults, 2 young children. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious. The area is the greenest and most picturesque. It's just a short walk down some steps to wonderful restaurants in Trastevere. Also, buses go right past the apartment for the city centre. Toni and his colleagues gave us a great welcome - extremely friendly to deal with. Highly recommended.
