The Phoenix X is located Directly on the Gulf of Mexico and IS DIRECTLY NEXT DOOR TO WORLD FAMOUS FLORA-BAMA AND BEACH ACTIVITIES SUCH AS JET SKIS, PARA-SAILING ETC. This unit is located on the 12th floor, and from the balcony offers panoramic unobstructed views of both the sunrise and sunset. The beach has undergone a re-nourishment program, therefore adding over 300 feet of depth to the beach.
The master bedroom and living area each face the gulf and each have floor to ceiling patio doors which open to the patio. You will find no better view. This unit is perfect for a family vacation, two couples, or snowbirds who have family visiting during the winter. The family room features a large TV, DVD player, stereo with CD player, Sofa sleeper, love seat and large living area all with 18 inch tile. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dining table for six and additional bar stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, dresser and TV, with two bedside tables, as well as a Lazy boy recliner. Off the master bedroom you will find a walk-in closet and large full bath. The queen-size bedroom includes a bedside table, dresser, TV and closet. The twin bedroom includes two twin beds, bedside table and dresser with TV, and closet. The second bath is located off the hallway near the queen and twin bedrooms.
The Phoenix X offers a large outside pool, kiddie pool, and one of the largest indoor pools in Orange Beach. All the pools overlook the Gulf. There are three hot tubs, lighted tennis courts, racquetball, barbecue grills, gazebo's, and a exercise room. The beach is just off the outside pool. There is no long boardwalks or dragging beach toys and children across miles of sand or parking lots. The property has 24-hour security, with private garage parking.
The Phoenix X is located next door to the "World Famous" Flora-Bama. It is near restaurants, shopping, and several golf courses. You are just minutes from the South's number one outlet mall.
The utility room has a full-size washer and dryer in the unit with iron and ironing board, vacuum and all linens are included.

Thank you for the rental of your condo. We had a great time and would definitely rent from you again. I also appreciate your setting us up in the 3 BR when a booking error occurred on the 2 BR in San Carlos. I think this location was a better fit for us and we made the most of our time in Orange Beach. The condo was clean and comfortable. I especially loved the balcony where I watched the dolphins eating their breakfast while I was eating mine! Would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you,

We really enjoyed our stay in your cheerful condo which has everything you need for a long stay. The condo was very clean, which is very important to me. I loved sitting out on the balcony and listening to the waves and walking on the beach it was very relaxing. The owners were very easy to work with and we hope to come back. Fantastic view of Gulf, the beach is beautiful in this area.Condo is very nice and the property amenities are excellent. Great place to be even when the weather is cold. Owners are great to deal with, very prompt in replying to emails and supplying information.

We had a very nice time. My brother in law and sister in law came over from Mobile to meet up with my husband and I for the weekend. This condo was really nice. Would love to stay there again! The view is great!

We had a very enjoyable trip. Spending time on the beach, they were very clean and went deep sea fishing it was fun even though the water was rough. Flora Bama was great as always hope to get back to the beach for the Mullet Toss.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with teenagers.
Would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat!

Everything was perfect for a girls weekend, the new couches were comfy, the rooms were spacious and the bathroom situation was not a problem, (2 bathrooms for 9 ladies). The living room was very spacious and the balcony had a perfect view. The pool was a very nice size to accomodate a lot of people at one time, and the beach was a short walking distance. Conveniently located next to the flora bama, we were able to come and go at our leisure. Would definitely stay here again, thanks Mr. Patterson!

Even though it was not recommended to get into the water due to the chemicals from the oil spill, and there were tar balls everywhere, our stay was terrific. The view was amazing, the condo well stocked, and the pools were a daily hit. We loved the Oyster House and Lulu's. But go early so you won't have to wait long. The FloraBama is right next door if you like the bar scene, and shopping is very close. The owner of this condo is very approachable, answers emails, and calls immediately. All around a great experience and one we will repeat!

We love Orange Beach and have been for the past several years. This is our first time in the Phoenix X and we loved that area of the beach in comparision to the other places we have stayed. We will definitely book again at Phonix X and would love to stay in this condo again. It was very clean, well furnished, and had plenty of space.
