We found this condo well appointed. The washer and dryer came in handy. The views off of the front and back balconies were spectacular. The pool area was clean and relaxing...the snack bar was a bonus! The condo is in the perfect location for walking to restaurants and shops. Two thumbs up!

Our family of 3 (2 adults and a 13 month old) were able to stay here in Dec. '09. This is truly a gorgeous condo. It is very spacious and has the most incredible views from both front and back balconies. It has all the comforts of home and is just steps from the beach. You can walk to all the restaurants and getting groceries was easy as well. I will never stay in a hotel in Cancun...they will never compare to what you get here! Thanks so much for a great family vacation.

This is a beautiful beach-front condo within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping centers, bars and entertainment spots. The condo has great amenities, two bedrooms, washer and dryer and a wonderful kitchen. The view of the pool and ocean from the balcony is breathtaking!
